Visited Colorado Springs last June and heard how much of a must do it was and it was so good I made a repeat visit on this most recent trip. A year and a half apart and it was better than I remembered it. The staff are friendly, the food is incredible and the cocktails finish it off. Highly recommend!!“

“We came with a large group for a work dinner. I had the 4-course with wine pairing, which was nothing short of spectacular. Dave was our server and handled the large group with ease and humor. We ate most of the menu and the dishes were all unique interpretations, and maintain the tasty, seasonal feel of late summer. I would absolutely recommend and will love coming back.“

“District Elleven is a total vibe—moody, modern, and tucked just off Tejon in downtown Colorado Springs. We stopped in on a Tuesday and were pleasantly surprised to find happy hour running from 4pm to close (yes, all night!). The Drink of the Week was a total standout—The Myagi Blossom, made with gin, Aperol, honey lavender, and lemon, topped with boba. Light, balanced, and not too sweet—just right. It was fun, creative, and refreshing. We sampled several small plates and honestly, they were more generous than expected. Highlights: the perfectly crispy arancini, the hummus plate (topped with caramelized onions and served with warm bread, carrots, and cucumbers—my personal favorite), patatas vovo (a delicious spin on a classic), and the artichoke de fritas, which were divine. For cocktails, the Sazerac had a bold nod to New Orleans—traditional with a whisper of absinthe that hit all the right notes. I ended the night with a dirty vodka martini served with blue cheese-stuffed olives—beautifully done. We also shared an affogato for dessert, which was the perfect finish. Service was also top-notch—our server handled both the bar and our table with ease, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. This place is a gem. Whether you’re just out for drinks or looking to graze and linger, District Elleven nails the ambiance, flavors, and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.“

“The black guy bartender with the light brown eyes who worked yesterday makes the best mixed drinks. The margarita he made was delicious. The other bartender who came later did not make it with the same care. Even watered it down. No shaking to incorporate any ingredients.

Please give your good bartender a bonus. Uplift the good ones. Train the others. Thanks for a wonderful time.

“Outside of the Penrose, this was my favorite restaurant on The Broadmoor property. The chef is Peruvian, and there is a Peruvian flare to many of the dishes. I had the duck chili relleno. It was stunningly good.

The service here was, as you would expect from The Broadmoor, was second to none. Drew was our waiter, offering us good suggesting on the menu and on the wine list.

Make sure you try Summit, you won’t be disappointed.“

“After some initial confusion as we were here to visit another bar in the resort that showed public on Google but it all turned out for the better. The hostess was more than inviting to guide us to the public bar in the restaurant and we sat down to some quite spectacular views. Our Bartender Dennis was very accommodating and after a couple of drinks at the bar we finished up outside with views of Garden Of The Gods and Pikes Peak in the distance. Looking forward to my next visit already.“
