“Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!“

“Wow, what a great place! We went there yesterday for the first time & was greeted by the owner, Dave. So super friendly & fun to talk to! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere & music is awesome & our server (Chris) was phenomenal! This is a place we will return to over & over! We also got a bottle of Lebowski’s Kool-Luah Coffee Liqueur, after tasting it - whoa!!! It was absolutely off the hook - unbelievably good! 😋“

“I visited at the end of the morning knowing I probably wouldn’t get to try a donut but I did snag a chocolate chip cookie & OH MY 😍 it was gone faster than I’d like to admit 😅 I also got an iced latte- I can’t remember the exact name but it was a spring one with a raspberry cold foam I believe- DELICIOUS. In all honesty, I’ve been trying to think of another party to plan because it was that good!!! We definitely will visit just because and plan to use the space again in the future! Every item we purchased was delicious & our server Ella was absolutely incredible! We got the buratta, meatballs, broccolini, Brussels, Fromage a Trois, Lasagna, Wagyu burger, and blueberry lavender cannoli for dessert! “Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“Small inside, can get crowded when weather isn't nice enough to open outdoor seating. There is indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. Foods good, small menu but the whole place is small so it makes sense. Great cocktails and lots of vegan/vegetarian options. Vibe is chill and daily specials on the whiteboard keep it fresh. Its a cool little place.“

“When it comes to sandwiches, the bread makes or breaks it. The spicy salami and provolone was simply one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Fresh ingredients, perfectly-baked bread, toppings that didnt overpower, and a little bit of heat from the salami made for a sandwich that was more than the sum of its parts.

The pull-apart muffins (cacio e pepe) and rolls (green chili cheese) were incredible.
