The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. My brisket sandwich was small, but it made a good first impression on taste. However, too many bites had big chunks of fat. The green beans were really good. My wife's loaded waffle fries, with chipotle seasoning, were quite good except for the cheese, which had a slightly grainy texture and sub-par flavor.

If we lived in the area, we'd visit from time to time, but for us this was just one of 400 Colorado breweries we're trying.“

I tried the **raspberry donut**, and it was absolutely delicious. The raspberry frosting tasted just like real raspberry filling — rich, flavorful, and not overly sweet. And contrary to what I had heard before, it was **not dried out at all**. It was **moist, flaky, and had beautiful buttery layers** that made it really unique compared to a typical donut. What I actually appreciated most is that their donuts feel a little more **crafted and elevated** than the average donut. The texture is light and layered, and you can tell care goes into making them. It’s a really nice balance between a donut and a pastry. The shop itself had a welcoming feel, and the product clearly speaks for itself. I also want to say **huge congratulations to the team for continuing to stay open and keep going**, especially after having to close their other two locations. Running a small business is never easy, and it takes a lot of dedication and resilience to keep pushing forward. If you’ve been hesitant like I was, I definitely recommend giving them a try.
