“Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“WOW!!! Another One Of Our "GO-TO" Restaurants This restaurant has become one of our "GO-TO" restaurants when we come to or go through Colorado Springs. It is very conveniently located in the newer area on the north end of Colorado Springs. The food is fabulous and the menu feature of 1/2 sandwich and soup is just right for a light meal. The Monte Cristo sandwich is done perfectly!!! The chicken tender salad is always a favorite of my wife. Marie was on duty that evening - Leadship On Duty!!! Marie came by our table several times and when I see the leadership working the crowd it speaks volumes for the entire operation. Kirsti took care of our table and she frequently came by to make sure the food and service met our satisfaction. WOW!!! A super nice evening with great food, great service, and attention to detail. Marie and Kirsti - you are the best!!!“

Please don't attempt to be Din Tai Fung with another chocolate xiao long bao, be authentic and get this item back on the menu.“

When I don't remember even being asked about my size. I would have paid the difference but no offer at all to fix the size issue. Normally they would be right on that. Just not today. I went today mainly to try one of the new soft tops. I go about 2 to 3 times a week. Haven't had this issue before. I just was let down today.“

“I loved this place. Both in TX and in Colorado Springs. I see lots of complaints on here about them running out of some of the items, the long line and needing to get their stuff together. First of all, this is a new location. Maybe they needed to feel it out a bit to see how it went as far as guests. The line for in and out burger was 13 hours and to go there now, a year + later and you still wait an hour. In and outs fries are the absolute worst. Way back in the 70's whataburger came to Colorado. It had many locations and still got shut down because Burger King and McDonald's beat them. Maybe this is why they needed to see if it was accepted. I have been there for times now and I live in Aurora, Co and got happy when my son was coming from Pueblo just now and asked if I wanted one when he got to the Springs. Without hesitation I screamed yes then looking at the menu I saw all these reviews and was shocked by the bad ones.
