“Sydney deserves a bonus, a raise or some sort of public recognition for her amazing level of customer service. I ordered a four pack of cookies for a birthday social delivery since I live a long way from my friend, and during the first delivery, the DoorDash driver delivered them to the wrong address and would not fix the issue despite me chatting with them and providing correct info. So i called the store and Sydney was immediately helpful and repackaged a new order and sent it with one of her own workers to make sure my friends birthday present made it to the right place. She was kind and had great attention to detail and was very empathetic. I wish i had a way to remove the big tip i gave to the door dash driver due to the cold weather and give it to her and Cailyn, the employee who actually delivered the cookies and got it right with no issues! Thank you both!!“

“I have waited a long time for a pizza company to take their trade to a higher level. That is exactly what MICI pizza has done . Their family recipe has kept out all the nitrates and nitrites to make it so much more healthy.While that part is great, let's not forget how tasty and delicious all the pizzas are. I have always received excellent service. With all the choices there aare for pizzas , it would serve anyone well to give them a try .
