“Sydney deserves a bonus, a raise or some sort of public recognition for her amazing level of customer service. I ordered a four pack of cookies for a birthday social delivery since I live a long way from my friend, and during the first delivery, the DoorDash driver delivered them to the wrong address and would not fix the issue despite me chatting with them and providing correct info. So i called the store and Sydney was immediately helpful and repackaged a new order and sent it with one of her own workers to make sure my friends birthday present made it to the right place. She was kind and had great attention to detail and was very empathetic. I wish i had a way to remove the big tip i gave to the door dash driver due to the cold weather and give it to her and Cailyn, the employee who actually delivered the cookies and got it right with no issues! Thank you both!!“

“I stopped at Freddy’s in Monument, skipped the drive thru and went inside. I was so impressed by the employees and their attitudes and service. Roslyn made me the best chocolate malt and made the whole visit inside fun! Great business and employees!!“

“I would DEFINITELY recommend shake shack as its company colors are green which are good and represent a healthy lifestyle. Sharanya greeted me with open arms and she was very funny and talkative. My food came out very fast THANK YOU SHARANYA“

“What a cute shop! We've been coming to Palmer Lake for years to a restaurant a couple blocks North of here for years and never knew about this place and I've seriously been missing out. Gotta sweet fix... this is your stop!!! Ice cream, fudge, truffles, old time candies they have everything. So many people had sandwiches as well and if you check out their menu you cannot beat these prices! Also not that a single scoop is a lie, be prepared for like 3! And seriously who has peppermint ice-cream in stock in the summer?! The staff is super friendly and I cannot wait to go back.“
