The staff are so friendly and shop is decorated so cute and clean! Can’t wait to return and try more flavors! We had the Reese’s Pieces along with some of our own creations and all were delicious!“

“Sydney deserves a bonus, a raise or some sort of public recognition for her amazing level of customer service. I ordered a four pack of cookies for a birthday social delivery since I live a long way from my friend, and during the first delivery, the DoorDash driver delivered them to the wrong address and would not fix the issue despite me chatting with them and providing correct info. So i called the store and Sydney was immediately helpful and repackaged a new order and sent it with one of her own workers to make sure my friends birthday present made it to the right place. She was kind and had great attention to detail and was very empathetic. I wish i had a way to remove the big tip i gave to the door dash driver due to the cold weather and give it to her and Cailyn, the employee who actually delivered the cookies and got it right with no issues! Thank you both!!“

“I stopped at Freddy’s in Monument, skipped the drive thru and went inside. I was so impressed by the employees and their attitudes and service. Roslyn made me the best chocolate malt and made the whole visit inside fun! Great business and employees!!“

“We had great service today! This fast food style restaurant has options to use a kiosk to order then brings food too you. We sat outside and was surprised that we had an employee come out to us to to see how the food is tasting and also refilled our drink! Also, as we were leaving, they came to the door to say thanks for coming! Very friendly with next level service!“

“The Rock House in Palmer Lake is by far the best place for treats! The ice cream is creamy, delicious, reasonably priced and has generous portions. I have not been a big fan of ridge until I had theirs. The S'Mores, Turtle, Rocky Road, Tiger Butter are my favorites. They have become my go-to ice cream cake makers. They custom make each cake to your preferences. And it is not your standard cake! It's a big cake with the perfect balance of moist, delicious cake, creamy ice cream, finished with the very best whipped cream frosting. The small town atmosphere and amazingly kind staff make the Rock House my family's favorite for over 30 years. The grandkids don't want to go anywhere else!“
