Based on the reviews, Crumbl is a restaurant known for its delicious cookies and excellent customer service. The caramel apple cookie is unbelievably good, and the key lime pie and cornbread cookies are absolute favorites. The menu changes every week, but they always have a chocolate chip cookie to be safe. The store is clean and the staff is friendly, even when they are super slammed. One reviewer was in and out with delicious cookies in under 5 minutes despite a long line. The interior of the place is amazing and very futuristic. A customer named Sydney provided amazing customer service by repackaging a new order and sending it with her own worker after a delivery issue. The lemon blackberry cake was a bit too sweet. All cookies have any dietary restrictions listed on the app, and they have small sizes for kid-friendliness.
