The store is clean and the staff is friendly, even when they are super slammed. One reviewer was in and out with delicious cookies in under 5 minutes despite a long line. The interior of the place is amazing and very futuristic. A customer named Sydney provided amazing customer service by repackaging a new order and sending it with her own worker after a delivery issue. The lemon blackberry cake was a bit too sweet. All cookies have any dietary restrictions listed on the app, and they have small sizes for kid-friendliness.
