“Norma’s Bakery is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was greeted warmly, thanked for visiting, and even received a hug when I came in — the kind of genuine hospitality that instantly makes you feel like family. The bakery itself is spotless, cozy, and inviting. The smell when you walk in is incredible — the sweet aroma of fresh baked goods fills the whole place and makes it impossible to leave without trying something. They have every Mexican baked good you can think of and then some. The selection is amazing, and they also offer savory options like homemade empanadas and tamales that are just as delicious as the pastries. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and clearly made with care. The prices are honestly unbelievable for the quality. The portions are generous, everything is homemade, and they could absolutely charge more if they wanted to. It’s rare to find food this good at such an affordable price. Those drinks are amazing although I wish they brought back the churro cookie and the skillet cookie and maybe the Dubai chocolate strawberries and maybe if they would just give out the filling of the Dubai chocolate I would go there every single time they had it.“

“When it comes to sandwiches, the bread makes or breaks it. The spicy salami and provolone was simply one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Fresh ingredients, perfectly-baked bread, toppings that didnt overpower, and a little bit of heat from the salami made for a sandwich that was more than the sum of its parts.

The pull-apart muffins (cacio e pepe) and rolls (green chili cheese) were incredible.

“Sydney deserves a bonus, a raise or some sort of public recognition for her amazing level of customer service. I ordered a four pack of cookies for a birthday social delivery since I live a long way from my friend, and during the first delivery, the DoorDash driver delivered them to the wrong address and would not fix the issue despite me chatting with them and providing correct info. So i called the store and Sydney was immediately helpful and repackaged a new order and sent it with one of her own workers to make sure my friends birthday present made it to the right place. She was kind and had great attention to detail and was very empathetic. I wish i had a way to remove the big tip i gave to the door dash driver due to the cold weather and give it to her and Cailyn, the employee who actually delivered the cookies and got it right with no issues!
