“Exceptional service - the kind you rarely receive these days. The menu is a mix of seafood, steak & veal, pasta dishes like fettuccine jambalaya, lamb... Everything we've had there is fantastic, including the dessert menu. Modest bar, wine & whiskey selections but great craft cocktails and martinis. Unpretentious atmosphere where you can score great views of Pike's Peak. Highly recommend.“
“We loved the food and service for sure. That said, we felt they should have made the restaurant fit a more Indian motif. They kept it the same as the previous Lobster company had it. So to people that visited the previous restaurant do not get a feeling of something new, let alone Indian. The inner decore should be replaced to fix the ambiance in my opinion“
“All I gotta say is, as a first generation immigrant from Mexico, this is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado Springs. Food is FIRE (highly recommend the barbacoa) the service is really good as well, most of the time. Drinks are really good too. They ain’t stingy wit it, I’ll say that.“
“I am visiting from PA and came here on the recommendation of family. The food and drinks were fantastic. I had the red curry bowl, french pressed coffee, the resurant created seasonal kombucha, and seven layer dip. The flavors were delightful. I am extremely impressed with the vegan creamer and vegan sour creams used. My brother-in-law really loved the restaurant brewed ginger bear and his dish also. I would highly recommend this place if you're in the area.Vegetarian options: The restaurant is entirely vegan.Dietary restrictions: They asked up front if there were any dietary restrictions or allergies.“
“Cork & Cask has the most sprawling whiskey selection I’ve seen in Colorado Springs; perhaps anywhere?Props to Alyssa for her impressive wine and whiskey knowledge, and for patiently answering my stupid questions. My only complaint is that the giant TV is out of place and extremely distracting at a place with such phenomenal design and decor.“
“I love Bad Daddys! They have great food and a wonderful wait staff! Nikki was an amazing server and was fun to hang out with during our visit! Highly reccomend the green chili cheese tots and the nac and cheese. For drinks I reccomend the Bad Betty.“
“Rebecca the chef Native of Chicago can and does throw down an Authentic Italian Beef Chicago Style! The sign outside says "This Girl got Beef" every word true to form, from the bread to the gravey, and the fine BEEF!Vultures is also a great place to unwind or wind up depending on your pleasure. Great bartenders, nice patio, and good vibes only allowed!“
“Emily was so great! The owner was actually here and he was so friendly and helpful! Def suggest going here it’s a hidden gem! Gives off French quarter vibes the ambience is perfectly dim lit and such a vibe! Try out the espresso martini if Emily is in :)“
“We were having a beer next door and they made it so easy to order from! I had the not so gringo pie and it was perfect. The fries were delicious as a side. Trying to find a reason to make it over to that side of town to try more off the menu!“
“My first time going today and will definitely go back ! I had a question about one of their coffees and the cashier was very informative. Though, I needed more caramel , I went back if they could add more and they were so polite and didn’t make me feel like a nuisance. Food was delicious!!!“
“Urban has some of the best beer and some of the best food trucks in town. The fact that you can sit inside with your dog is just the cherry on top. The employees are super kind, the owners care about their customers, and the beer is always getting better and better. Top 3 brewery in town for sure!“
“Not "quite" 100% Bavarian, but as close as it gets. The food was great. The waiter, Andre, was terrific. Sole complaint was that the accordion player was a bit loud for the small room we were in; but he'll be great in the biergarten when it gets warmer in the evening.“
“Every time I walk in everyone is so friendly and you can tell there is a wonderful community of people here. Aiden has been so dandy to be around! While I bula with him I get to listen to his stories of when he was over seas seeing some of the world out there which are always enjoyable to hear! He also has some great recommendations to pair the traditional kava with as well as being attentive at the bar!“
“I do love this speakeasy. We prefer the downtown location though. Went to this location for date night with my husband as we love Nightmare Before Christmas, but we both felt that this immersive experience was lackluster. The drinks were "eh" except for an amazing shot the bartender created for rolling snake eyes. I ordered the leek soup and it was way too salty, minus the salt, the flavor was phenomenal. I wanted to be honest, but I will definitely come back for a different theme.“
“I love this place. Every time I come here I have a great time. Randy is very helpful and I appreciate his help everytime! I’ve brought so many people here and I’ll continue to recommend it to plenty of people so they can have a great time too!“
“Great idea with cool open seating. Beers are ok but variety of choices. Good selection of food vendors. The empanada place was a great surprise. The loaded fries at the burger place was so so - need more loaded toppings. Unfortunately the pizza and bbq places were closed but would like to check them out next time.Updated:Dinged a star as I wish there was music outside to enjoy while hanging out.The pizza is decent from Decents and the loaded fries from Spark is a must have.“

“I got married at Almagre! Honestly, for the circumstances Almagre handled my wedding perfectly. Abigail was great and am so thankful she’s willing to take on the stress of a wedding so the bride doesn’t have to. Truly I wouldn’t have done it!So so happy and pleased we chose this place!“
“Great experience! Sit at the bar if you want the best time, fun friendly bartenders making some amazing cocktails are very entertaining. The coffee bean martinis, oh my, waaay toooo good. It's just a happy low key scene that's guaranteed to make your day. First place we'll go next time we're in the Springs.“
“Our inaugural visit to the Trolley District started on a high note with drinks and food at Streetcar 520. I loved the fresh, summery feel of the Street Legal, and while the dill wasn't for me, I still found the Spa Day intriguing. The chimichurri made the Carnitas Bao Buns pop with delightfully-well balanced flavors and WOW was that Blackened Salmon on hummus good. Can't wait to try more vibrant flavors on our next visit to this fun and welcoming spot!“
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our server Mayanna was fantastic! Beers were unique and delicious, atmosphere was inviting and food was delicious... Highly recommend the "We Believe in Nothing" Hefe and the Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese with Truffle Fries... And the Bacon Bites Small Plate.“
“Nice chill tap room connected to a bike store. They serve a lot of Cerberus (which is next door) on draft which is great. Lots of indoor bike parking near the entrance. We went Monday evening and there were a few seats at the bar and a few tables (good for being the day after St Patrick’s). Bartender was nice and friendly, drinks were very good! I had the Scottish ale and would highly recommend. So glad to have these places in the neighborhood!“
“Food was amazing!! Staff was so nice (I had a great little chat with spear! best bartender i’ve had in a while). My only issue was with a woman, apparently the general manager. She was so rude and the way she talks to her employees isn’t too great either. I was able to talk to one of the employees and ask who she was when he came to check on me and my family. To say the least, I would not be able to work for her.“
“Absolutely amazing bar, the atmosphere makes you feel like you are on an island somewhere in Hawaii. Wide variety of tiki cocktail drinks served in authentic tiki glassware - really, really well done! The presentation of the drinks cannot be overstated, it is fantastic! HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a unique place to grab a cocktail.Kid-friendliness: No this is a barWheelchair accessibility: Nope. Not gonna happen“
“Don't even know where to begin. Let's start with the fact they have Guinness on tap, which not a lot of places do. It so happens to be my favorite beer. The food is incredible, especially the wings, and they have ghost pepper sauce, which again haven't seen many places with enough faith in their more flavor-forward patrons to have available. The karaoke is great for having fun with friends or as a personal outlet, and the atmosphere feels very safe and welcoming which is important to me as a woman. 100/10, my favorite bar.“
“I went to the Lounge in the village Saturday to celebrate St Paddy’s a day early (as I had to work on the 17th). There was a good crowd, some excellent corned beef and cabbage on offer (the best corned beef I have tasted) The two bartenders Kailey and Kristel friendly and did an outstanding job keeping everyone’s drink full. Great night I will go there again.“
“We used to frequent Murphy's when we were in our 20s and haven't been back for about 30 years. When we found out there was a new owner that fixed it up we decided to go check it. We were not disappointed. It was great to see so much of the original bar still intact and the bartender last night (sorry I didn't get his name) was super friendly and did a great job. Never saw him without a smile on his face. It was like a trip down memory lane. We can't wait to go back.“
“This place is definitely one of my favorite sandwich places in town. Everything I’ve had here is awesome! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. The atmosphere is laid back and casual. I highly recommend you give them a visit if you haven’t already. Best toasted subs in town!“
“First, skeeball. That's really all you need to know. But also - fun theme, great energy. The menu is perfect for playing games or watching games on the TVs. This wasn't our first time but it WAS our first time finding out they have tacos!!! If your little Street Fighter heart loves a basic b taco, get there. We normally get the frogger poppers bc bacon and jalapenos are life, but these tacos might be our new favorite. Say hi to Amber if you go on a day she's working the bar.“
“Carefree Bar and Grill is a great place! Locally owned, wonderful and attentive staff, great food and drinks, inviting atmosphere. It has the comfortable, welcoming neighborhood bar feel. Great place to go alone or with a group! Pool, darts, live music, events...“
“Gem that’s in the cut! Definitely some of the freshest sushi I’ve had in Colorado Springs. They gave us soup (miso) and salad with our selection of sushi. I also had the plum sake (very warm delicious) which went well with my meal came down super smooth! Definitely will be back again for another bite.“
“Came out for a girls lunch and we were lucky enough to have Evandro as our server. He not only took good care of us but he was exceptional with my granddaughter. He was well versed in the menu and had great recommendations for us. We always enjoy the food and atmosphere!“
“I had a great time here with an old friend. The band was The Jeffrey Allen Band and I love their music. It's a little hard to get a drink, since they get so packed. Get there early to get a seat! We had a wonderful time! Thanks so much!“
“Food: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 Ummmm why has it taken me so long to check out this place?!?! I've spoken to several people who recommended PigLatin for great drinks and food and, for whatever reason, I just never made it over there. Well, that ended last night. I had family visiting from out of town and decided that we'd come here for dinner and drinks. With happy hour being from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m., I figured we could catch the tail end of it if we got there at 5 and then enjoy dinner after. It was a bit smaller than I expected with tables and bar seating for about 40 people inside and another 30 outside. The outside seats had heaters which made them a lovely option during the cooler months We were taken care of by Ryan who went above and beyond to ensure our entire party of 5 was happy. He even accommodated a request to sit elsewhere bc my mom couldn't manage on the bar stools and got us seated at a table with chairs. The "happy hour" only applies to the house margarita, which I was a bit disappointed by but got over very quickly when I tried the house margaritas and LOVED them (I think I had 3). I ordered the yuca fries and chicharron for the table and LISTEN when I tell you the family unit just couldn't stop eating either. We ended up ordering two more rounds of these tasty sides and I vowed to myself that I'd be back to enjoy these more frequently (starting next week!). The family ordered an assortment of food and all enjoyed their meals from the empanadas to the pork chops and the chimi shrimp tacos. The portions were large enough that they were all filled and we were able to bring home some leftovers. The fact that my CARIBBEAN family loved the culinary experience is a testament to how well seasoned the food was. The only critique was that the empanadas were too salty. I think I'm going to become a regular at this spot because I think I've found my new foodie home. See ya in a few days PigLatin!“
“Are you a fan of old fashioned whiskey drinks? Then this is the place for you. This entire place is an awesome concept. A old elementary turned in to bars and restaurants in every classroom (formerly classrooms). When in the Colorado Springs area, this is a must visit. The service could not have been any better with all the recommendations.“
“I have always been a fan of the Bar and Grill at PJ but today we saw Shane there and he was warm and inviting and made sure we had exceptional service! Our food was ohhhh so yummy and our experience was DELIGHTFUL ? Excited to get back and try some of their whiskeys and get in on the all you can eat crab before April (its seasonal)!! All our food was great but we voted and the open face prime rib (my sons) was drool worthy and #1!! The energy, staff and food is better than most golf clubs and you can't beat the price and view❤️. Thanks again for a wonderful evening!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s“
“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and that includes some of the nicer ones. Great boutique spot in Colorado Springs, with a great bar and coffee area and just a terrific vibe all around. Definitely would stay again, check this place out!“
“Classic dive bar on Union, close to the intersection with Uintah. A few draught beer options, basic bar with all the usuals, and a tasty moonshine slushee machine. Pool tables and darts available for use, live music & karaoke some nights. Free parking is available on site and over the road, restrooms available for customers, lovely service from the staff.“
“Trying to find a small place for a cold beer and I stopped in here and wasn't disappointed! Everyone was laughing and the music and entertainment was very entertaining! I felt very welcomed the atmosphere was great and lots of kind people! It was music bingo and I didn't know it would be that fun! Good times cold beer and a pub full of laughter! My kind of evening! Hope to stop in a again real soon!“
“The Control Room is one of my favorites! The service is great and the atmosphere is a lot of fun. My only very minor complaint is that I'm not a fan of the "jukebox" music source. Going from Metal to sappy and sad country to Beyonce in three songs stresses me out! lol“
“We went to The Block Bar and Grill this past Thursday around 5pm with my wife and 11yr old daughter. When we first got there we were pretty much the only customers. We originally decided to go because it was one of the only places I could find that had Billiards along with good food and a good atmosphere. All three of these things turned out to be great! While there there was a small challenge with a homeless person who kept coming in and making the customers and staff feel uncomfortable. One of the owners (Ben) was there and he handled this challenge very quickly and in a professional manner. Ben and the other staff were extremely apologetic to my family and the other customers. I was impressed and will be back.“
“I am giving them this rating mostly because the Korean Chickey sammich that they have on the menu is the utmost ‘bomb’. Seriously. It’s my favorite fried chicken sandwich in the entire state. You add on the cheese curds and the cool drinks ?? ?. Only negatives are the non-rotating games, tho they’re only .25$/play (bonus!), and the fact that you can’t order takeout. Please add a takeout option. I don’t typically frequent bars - but for a bombass chickey sammich…I’ll drain the eating-out portion of my bank account. Please give them your patronage! I can’t risk losing this food.Parking: Parking is in a part of downtown where it’s always available, albeit pay/hourKid-friendliness: What’s on the tv isn’t typically ‘kid friendly’ - but the games are accessible to all ages“
“Super cute place. Being downtown they have zero parking unless you park on the street but that’s limited as well. The avocado toast was not the best and would recommend the sausage breakfast burrito instead. The coffee was great! But they do not have a changing table nor high chairs which is a must for me. Would be cute for a coffee date for sure.“
“I LOVED MY WEDDING DAY!!!!!!!!! I just had my wedding here at The Venue at Almagre on November 5th, 2022. I want to give a shout out to my wonderful wedding planners. The day of my wedding planner Abigail was so sweet and on top of it. I thought that I was going to be so stress but on my day Abigail made it go as smooth as can be. She keep checking in with my whole bridal party and my self + husband to make sure we were good or needed something. I love the decor, food, and the DJ. I loved everything about my wedding day.I had such a great experience. I recommend going with the Venue at Almagre! The only thing I didn't like was that the bridal suite seemed crammed with everyone's stuff. I think that maybe if the suite had some type of armoire so that when getting pictures taken in the bridal suite you don't have all the stuff all over the place. Other than that I had the most magical day!!!“
“Different and fun. The staff is great. Eclectic holiday menu and favorites, exceptionally prepared. Drinks are excellent. The other diners were fun as well, great atmosphere if a bit Diablo-like decor. Will definitely return soon for more great food and fun.“
“I have visited this bar a few times and each time is a different experience but in a good way. The vibe has always been welcoming and I even recently discovered a new drink (Smoked Rumhattan) that the bartender was excited to make and it was so delicious ?“
“Take a seat this will take a moment to give you context. I have followed Brother Lucks journey for a few years but this is my first chance to experience his energy and food. Colorado Springs is lucky to have him. He is edgy but empathic. His food is fun gorgeous and evocative. But he also honors our city and our roots. I just experienced a themed event. Dinner in the Dark. Compressed Watermelon and Elk in the Woods. Two offerings of the 7 course meal. I'm not going to waste your time with descriptions. What you need to know. Creativity is rare and should be cherished. He is creativeVery.Come celebrate a true soul filled with love. Thank you Brother Luck.“
“I went to play some blind draw dart on thursday night. I order a pitcher of beer cheese curls deep fried cheese we ranch dressing got a real good menu they have a little bit everything that bar used to be called Joe's Bar did you go there to play darts also before the change names that was long time ago“
“I knew the second I stepped foot into this cafe that I would love it when they were playing my favorite music artist.Montana was the barista and she was super welcoming and had me laughing my butt of within 2 minutes of entering the shop. She also made a killer latte and granola bowl. Presentation was beautiful, food was flavorful and filling, and mountain views were majestic. 10/10 experience. ?“
“This is the second year I've had my bday celebration there on a Tuesday Karaoke and they really do go out of their way to make a gal feel special!! Bday decor, bday drink, they held the cake in the back for us and supplied us with extra plates, napkins etc when we were ready. I'm such a fan of the food and staff!! Gonna continue to support this incredible restaurant!“
