Surely many coffee buyers would like to see wing by before their 8am shift starts? If I want a coffee from here I usually have to sneak out during lunch or something.“

I love being able to sit somewhere and have biblical conversations and being in a space that is inviting and welcoming to everyone. “Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“Stopped by here last night before visiting the haunted house for something to warm us up and a nice, young woman greeted us and made some delicious coffees! We were also pleasantly surprised that they were now serving egg nog! A wonderful little oasis in a seemingly gloomy parking lot. Highly recommend.“

I tried their green apple with aiyu jelly and kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly, and it was delicious—rich in flavor with perfect portion of toppings.
