I love being able to sit somewhere and have biblical conversations and being in a space that is inviting and welcoming to everyone. I watched a different customers come in and some of them they knew their name and if they didn’t, they would stand there and get to know them. It’s a great place.“

“Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“Stopped by here last night before visiting the haunted house for something to warm us up and a nice, young woman greeted us and made some delicious coffees! We were also pleasantly surprised that they were now serving egg nog! A wonderful little oasis in a seemingly gloomy parking lot. Highly recommend.“

“We visited Drip Queen for the first time today. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The seating very comfortable- velvet longed chairs. The jazz was flowing from the speakers. We were provided hand towels before dining- very nice touch. I started with a dessert- London Fog Afgogato. Cool and refreshing. We then had the gouda and bacon stuffed mushrooms- soooo good!. Finally we had stuffed clams. Those were yummy as well. I could taste a little Old Bay in them. Yummy! We'll be back“
