“Just wanna say that We had the best coffee experience at Dutch Bros last weekend. Not only for the most delicious peppermint Coffee but the most amazing and most warm costumer serving we ever had in the time we spend in Colorado Springs. Starting from the guy in parking lot to all the guys inside the store. The vibe was awesome that we have to come back the next day and the next day ❤️ thank you guys and keep up the what y’all doing. “I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I sat there for a few hours and had conversation with the staff with other customers. I love being able to sit somewhere and have biblical conversations and being in a space that is inviting and welcoming to everyone. I watched a different customers come in and some of them they knew their name and if they didn’t, they would stand there and get to know them. It’s a great place.“

“Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“Stopped by here last night before visiting the haunted house for something to warm us up and a nice, young woman greeted us and made some delicious coffees! We were also pleasantly surprised that they were now serving egg nog! A wonderful little oasis in a seemingly gloomy parking lot. Highly recommend.“

“My wife and I stopped here before going to Garden of the Gods while in town for a conference. Based on reviews, we expected a good sandwich, but what we got was an amazing experience in every way! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and to top it off, we sat at the humble patio in the back and enjoyed the view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains while we ate. My wife is gluten-free and the locally made gluten free bread they use is incredible. Highly recommend!“

“My boyfriend and I came here to try out different teas, as we are pretty new to loose leaf tea and had no clue what to buy. Our favorites were the pistachio pu-erh and the blueberry maple pancakes. He also tried a welsh cake and bought a few varieties of shortbread cookies- all SO good. The store has a lot of handmade goods and snacks to check out while they steep your tea. The water feature and calm music created a very serene atmosphere. We are very much looking forward to returning!“
