“Food was fantastic. We hiked the incline and wanted some coffee and good breakfast sandwich. We got both. The staff was fantastic! They are super friendly and on top of things. We stepped away for 5min from our table to get a pastry after our sandwich and came back to our table being cleaned off lol. They do free refills so it was all good. But I appreciated that they were cleaning up behind patrons. There is so much to look at here! Lots of plants make the place feel calming.“
“Delicious Mediterranean spread. So fresh and well seasoned. Great portions. 4 stars only for the price being on the higher side. We are a mom and dad with a 6 year old. For a kids meal, appetizer and 2 entrees our total was $80 before tip. From sit down to check paid our experience was about 45 minutes. Not bad at all.“
“This was a quick random spot I saw the pictures online and wanted a hamburger after moving all day...we got there ordered our food and appetizers. They both came out fairly quickly. The deviled eggs where great along with the fried mushrooms. Then our meal was definitely great tasting and looked delicious. Will definitely visit again if in the area“
“We stopped here two times already, since we’re her on vacation rn and we liked it so much the first time. It’s a super cute coffee place, the coffee tastes really good and especially all the sweets! We loved the scones and the Pecan Sandies! So delicious!! The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. I absolutely recommend it, and when we come back to Colorado, we’ll definitely stop here again!“
“I just love the atmosphere there and the coffee is 100% delicious.Parking: You half to pay for parking but it's so worth once you get inside the establishment and first thing you smell is the wonderful aroma's of coffee and pastries.Kid-friendliness: It's very much kid friendly. Everyone that works there is so welcoming and friendly to the children.Wheelchair accessibility: So it's one level foundation there's no ramps are difficult curbs to mess with just roll up to the door and go in.“
“Very welcoming atmosphere, delicious coffee, and friendly staff. I haven’t tried the food yet, but I’m sure it’s delicious. This is an okay place to study if you have noise-cancelling earbuds. It can get very loud due to the overhead music and other patrons. I personally find the music too loud.Other than the noise issue, this is a good option for coffee and a quick bite. More of a social coffee shop than a study/work spot.“
“Having moved to this area early last year, I discovered this gem of a shop walking my dog down here on a Saturday morning. So many nice people coming in ...the staff has taught me a lot about coffee! I usually order their Costa Rica, their KENYA, Guatemala and their Quiche pastries.“
“They are sooooo nice!! I’m on my last day in town and I hate that I didn’t discover them sooner! Just got iced coffee, but the ice cream and other treats look amazing!Oops...I made an edit to fix a typo. My visit was in 2022 just to be clear. Didn't realize it would change the date/time.“
“This place makes for an amazing coffee experience (I don’t use that term loosely).I walk in, wait my turn, and while I first state that I’m looking to buy coffee I quickly start explaining (whining) that I’ve been trying to make good espresso at the house but feel like it’s just one challenge after another.Long story short, we sat there and discussed the details all the while I was handed a shot of their espresso blend made as we’re talking and was grabbed by the first sip.I bought a bag of espresso beans, got home, got all my kit squared away, and success!Thank you for taking the time to get me squared away and I’ll definitely be back (There’s a loyalty club ya’ll!!)“
“Fantastic sandwiches! Pastrami sandwich was a home run and the Doc Martin was an insanely delicious vegetarian sandwich option. I will be back... A lot!Vegetarian options: The only reason I marked somewhat instead of highly is because the vegetarian options were limited - but the Doc Martin was incredibly delightful.“
“Love this place. The only reason this got 4 starts is because it's so popular and hard to find a seat! I often have to sit outside which is rough in the winter. Maybe offer blankets to borrow? I know there's a second location, but they need more. The coffee is so smooth, the employees are crazy friendly, it has a great view and it's always clean.“
“Stopped in at 6:30am after trying 3 other coffee shops that were still closed. This is the only local coffee spot I've found open at 6am. The drinks were amazing and very reasonably priced! Even have energy drink options for those who normally do Dutch bros. You've got to try this spot! Couldn't say enough great things!“
“Love, love, love this place! Exactly what a cozy, neighborhood coffee shop should be. Delicious eats, a wide variety of coffees and teas, and warm, friendly service. It's a great place to pick up something tasty and quick to go. Even better, bunker down and enjoy a leisurely morning in a very welcoming environment. Your first visit won't be your last!“
“OKAY AMAZING. it’s small but so cute. there’s outdoor seating in the warmer months. i got the Tuscan and my husband got the Tartufo Pork. both were incredible. the owner really makes these sandwiches, cookies, and coffees with love. anticipate a little bit of a longer wait - but it’s worth it.“
“This place might have had the best chai latte I ever had. Just a little something different that made it exquisite. It had a lot of seating available with games, puzzles, t.v. room...all while enjoying your choice of coffee drink. Definitely felt like a hidden gem tucked away off the main road. Would highly recommend. Photos came out blurry..but you kinda get the idea.“
“We stayed in Glen View and it was such a beautiful, relaxing place. The views are amazing and the grounds are gorgeous! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast at the castle was delicious. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a chance to reset, this is where you want to be!!!“
“My first time going today and will definitely go back ! I had a question about one of their coffees and the cashier was very informative. Though, I needed more caramel , I went back if they could add more and they were so polite and didn’t make me feel like a nuisance. Food was delicious!!!“
“Dietary restrictions: Drinks average between 5-8 dollars. Medium lattes come standard with 3 shots of espresso- normally I have to ask for an extra shot, but not here! Drinks were really well balanced - perfectly strong, sweet and bitter probably my new favorite coffee shop!“
“How cute is this place? I love unique small businesses like this. The ladies working were very nice and I really enjoyed my iced latte! Thank you! *note* I accidentally first left this review on Story Coffee instead of Story Coffee Co. Just to clarify for anyone who may be confused, they are two different places! This is the one inside a tiny house on Bijou.“
“Cuban Sandwich wins! My friend and I shared the Pupitas, Quesadilla and the Cuban Sandwich. The Cuban Sandwich stole the show. Pulled pork, ham, pickles, mustard and cheese on a grilled hoagie roll had me immediately texting my Cuban friend all about it. Delicious and obviously some effort and time went into the pulled pork.Crazy good coffee too. I hope this place gets discovered and supported.“
“I've came here a few times and still haven't been disappointed. It is great place for studying or hanging out with friends! The coffee is really good and reasonably priced. I haven't tried any of the food yet but it looks very delicious. If you do plan on coming, make sure to come here around opening time because it starts to get busy around 9 am and it can be hard to find a seat.“
“Would give the service six stars if I could. The woman working this Sunday night was amazing; handling a rush all by herself with grace and promptness. All while keeping a cheery, fun, and welcoming attitude despite the seeming never ending line while we were there.“
“This is a great place for good coffee, good food and great employees. People are kind, there is adequate seating, just wish the actual seats were a bit more comfortable. Their pricings are very reasonable and well worth your drive and time.“
“Spacious coffee shop with reliable wifi and outlets. Came on a Friday morning and it was a great place to get some morning work done. Plenty of tables around to choose from. Free parking in the back lot. Coffee is decent. Americano and Cortado were 5/5 and drip coffee was 4/5. Prices are very reasonable.Staff is also very welcoming!“
“I really contemplated on leaving a review or not just for the simple fact that this place is a hidden gem. This place puts any coffee chains to shame. My daughter introduced me to this cute, cozy, very inviting coffee place. It is my new favorite spot. Although there is no drive through the coffee is the best I have ever tasted! I love going here before school and work and getting my favorite latte!!! It is soooo good!!! The atmosphere is chill and welcoming to all. It is always decorated with whatever season is in and people there are always friendly. My favorite drink here is the Iced Chai Latte. It is hands down the best I have gotten from any coffee shop ever! They also carry fresh baked goods from a local bakery. They have this big gooey cinnamon roll, it could be comparable to cinnabon but only better! Anyway, this is definitely my favorite local coffee shop and if you haven’t tried it you definitely should.“
“The drinks are good, the staff is nice and courteous. But let's be real, the prices are high because it's the only coffee shop that the tourists can easily see. The local "high society" customers roll through with their pinkies in the air too.I much rather spend the extra money than patronize a business that hates the military and made us pay for water during 9-11, I was there! So support your local private owned.Vegetarian options: There's no meat grazers, its a coffee shop.Dietary restrictions: Cheat day approved.Parking: Its a drive through, not a hang out spot.Kid-friendliness: Kids eat muffins and like to drink.Wheelchair accessibility: Just stay in your vehicle and you can still roll up.“
“Mine and my family’s first time there. Regan and Erica were outstanding with great customer service!! I asked Regan to give me whatever is the best and she did just that! The Carmel apple gelati was awesome. We will be going back!! Thank you ladies“
“I’ve been going to Ohana for quite sometime now and in my opinion Alex is the best kavatender ever! Alex is so joyful to be around and makes everyone laugh! She is attentive to everyone and if you have questions her explanations are easy to understand. Alex is also the tea and kava guru, coming up with the best flavors to mix with kava along with the loose leaf teas if you want to mix those as well! Her recommendations do not disappoint and I ended up drinking some wonderful tea and some good tasting kava!“
“Oh my gosh. What a darling shop. Many choices of tea flavors and tea cups. There were ten of us driving from all over Colorado to share warm greetings for the holidays. It was a lovely tier of finger sandwiches, scones, and desserts. We were not rushed. If you need to plan a get-together try a tea party. Very relaxing. The price was $27.00 each.“
“I am ashamed to say... I have passed by but never stopped at this lovely coffee shop, until today! Cozy and upbeat modern vibe. Plenty of indoor twosome seating as well as tables for "working". Outdoor seating is welcoming . Staff were attentive and sweet. Coffee was great, the pastries were surprisingly unique! This is my new favorite place to chill!“
“The staff is friendly and I like the fact that it’s a local coffee shop. The only problem is the inconsistency in the drinks. Lately the coffee has been bitter and my white mocha tasted more like a drip coffee.Update: I went back and ordered the same white mocha, came out like before (bitter, water down like a drip coffee) so I told the baristas that it taste bitter and she kindly churched it up for me, but there was still a taste of a burnt oily flavor that I’m assuming is from the type of espresso bean being used. The coffee shop reminds me a lot of the Calvary Chapel College coffee“
“Great experience! Sit at the bar if you want the best time, fun friendly bartenders making some amazing cocktails are very entertaining. The coffee bean martinis, oh my, waaay toooo good. It's just a happy low key scene that's guaranteed to make your day. First place we'll go next time we're in the Springs.“
“We went to Co Coffee Merchants for their steak dinner last night. It was FANTASTIC! Everything was cooked to perfection, including the very tender beef filet, the roasted carrots and the fully loaded baked potato. We had great service and Eric kept checking in with everyone to ensure they were happy. You can’t beat, nor have I ever seen, such a wonderful a prix fixe meal in COS for only $44pp including a drink. We’ll definitely be back!“
“The cashier's smile was lit when I pulled up. She had the best greeting I've ever received. I was in a hurry to work but I didn't tell them that. They were quick though. I was out of there in about 5 minutes or less. I made it to work on time. Now I get to enjoy my smoothie and breakfast sandwich as I get this overtime in at work on Monday! Thank you guys for making my Monday morning a blessed one.“
“I stumbled upon this sweet little coffee trailer while in the area visiting my MIL at a nearby nursing home. The trailer is designed like a tiny house, hence the name, with a cute decorated porch area and lanes on both sides to order. The menu is straightforward but includes seasonal drink specials, locally baked goods (from Early Bird Baking), breakfast burritos (from Rock City Cafe) and the option to add collagen to drinks - all major pluses, though I didn't really take advantage. I ordered the hot nonfat Ginger All The Way latte, and it was out fairly quick alongside friendly conversation. The drink was just the right temperature to be able to sip right away without burning myself, and I liked the balance of flavors. Happy to see they have nonfat as a milk option, as so many places have dropped it to offer more alternative milks instead. Unsure if I'll be in the area again to give them my business, but it was a highlight on what was otherwise a downer of a day - highly recommend seeking them out to support a local coffee shop!“

“I come here fairly frequently to work remotely and every time I come here the atmosphere is so welcoming, peaceful and for lack of a better word chill! Every barista I have been served by has been so patient, kind, and helpful in connecting me with the best first sips. However, I have to compliment Hayden on his amazing customer service, sincerely welcoming and upbeat attitude-- seriously the best and chatting with Hayden every time I come in it is a highlight. Hayden sets this coffee shop apart for me in regards to other places in town. Its the staff that makes this place awesome!!-River“
“I got the grilled cheese with garlic aioli. I definitely declared this the best grilled cheese I've ever eaten. I'm sad I don't live around here. Their staff is very nice and provide a pleasant experience. The coffee is smooth. Atmosphere was chill. I like that the space was pretty bright and spacious. 10/10.“
“The best location we have been to so far! The gentlemen there tonight were so kind and polite even when it got busy! Plus, the kids hot chocolate was the perfect temperature right away so that I didn’t have to hear my 21 month old scream until it cooled off ? and we appreciated the barista asking if it was too hot- thank you!!“
“Very neat building and excellent espresso, far better than any of the "coffee chains" in the area. We were in town for 4 days and went to a different coffee shop each morning and this was by far the best tasting espresso we had. Definitely wish we would have stopped more than once. You will not be disappointed and it's always good to support local shops like this one.“
“Is it me or did this place switch owners? Seems like people are getting trained every time I come in. It appears they are using home versus commercial expresso makers? Though it does appear a new machine arrived but perhaps it just isn’t working yet? Just seems a bit off from the normal for me.“
“Love the drinks and variety on the menu. Though it is frustrating that the site doesn’t tell you what is added, like if you have a problem with texture and order the Pineapple drinks, it doesn’t tell you there’s fruit chunks in it. Which is fun for some, but really ruins a drink for others (like if you have sensory issues). And when ordering online for pick up i didn’t see an option to remove it.All in all great drinks, wish I didn’t have to chew them.“
“The gal working this morning was here all by herself, she did not have any coworkers supporting her with a very very busy morning. I dined inside and watched her rock the drive thru and the traffic from inside, a homeless couple were here trying to order a few things from the dollar menu, she was very courteous, calm, and understanding. I am very disappointed in the inability to leave this woman a tip due to their POS system not allowing credit card tips - I do not carry cash and would not be able to leave her a tip - I will have to return to express my gratitude to her. She deserves a BONUS for what she pulled off this morning!“
“This is my second time coming here. Each time I was so impressed with the kindness from the servers (Talia, from our first visit, and Allie, today’s server, are just amazing). Today, I watched one of the servers with an older person and just have a lovely conversation with them. The food is also delicious. I recommend the breakfast burrito! The Strawberry Cheesecake French toast is also elite!I love seeing how much the team here cares. Definitely a place I will be frequenting and recommending!“
“the service and friendliness of the staff are phenomenal. All the locations we visited so far. The one closet to our home, they recognize, sometimes they give my granddaughter more points or some free item in her app. The drinks are great, and far cheaper than their competitors for good coffee (for me) not burnt, and my gdaughter loves her mint chai on ice.“
“We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and a grilled chicken wrap. Food was amazing! Highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich. Our Americanos tasted different today. Not as good as I remember them. Didn’t taste the same. We could hardly stay and enjoy our meal because it was extremely cold inside. Truly unbearable. The poor employees looked like they were freezing. It should be illegal to work in conditions like that. The manager and the employees were super nice and apologized about how cold the shop was. Cool shop though!“
“Loved how cute and cozy it was. Outdoor space available. The pastries looked delicious and there is a menu for sandwiches and several breakfast Burrito choices. The matcha was on point and the real deal. No added sweeteners. Usually when I go to coffee shops they add a load of sweeteners and it makes it taste like flavored syrup. Not this one though!FYI: no dogs“
“I would have given a 5 star review but I'm giving it a 4 for the inconsistencies. I always get a peach mania tea which is amazing but it is always made differently. This time it had mint instead of rosemary. Other time we were missing the peach pieces or the citrus on top. The boba is either cooked to perfection or too hard... It really depends on the day. The prices are fair. I have also had the mango on fire and a passion fruit frosty which were also super good. The mango one was sweeter and the passionfruit has a great taste without being too sweet.“
“True Story! I lived in Brooklyn for 10 years and I had some of the best bagels I've ever had in my life until today. Someone offered me one this morning and it truly was the most amazing piece of bread I've ever had in my life loaded with cheese, jalapeños, and there was so much love and flavors in this bagel I found myself in some sort of strange and wonderful awe and THEN I found out they were from our very own Loft in Manitou Springs! All I can say is if you live around here you better get you some ( if you haven't already) and if you're not from here, I would call them and see about getting them freeze dried and shipped because they definitely put New York bagels to the test! Ah, Magnificent Manitou and of course, The Loft!“
