“I went to this coffee shop for the first time today to meet up with a coworker. It was pretty busy in there, so a little noisy, but so bad that I couldn't hear my coworker.

The coffee was so-so. I'm used to more strong coffee. I got a mocha, but it mostly tastes like flavored milk.

The maple pecan scone, however, completely makes up for the so-so coffee. It is amazeballs. Plenty of pecans and the maple icing on top is just enough. Not too sweet. And the scone isn't too dry. It crumbles well enough that you can pull it apart to eat it in smaller bites.

I'd be willing to go back and try a different coffee to see if it was perhaps a one-off.“

“What a lovely little gem!! We had a quick stop to water my dog and get myself a little pick me up and this popped up on google as the closest spot. Very friendly and helpful girl served us and was incredibly courteous. I had the wildflower with a shot and she recommended a spice on top which was like the cherry on top, so delicious!! My first time trying hemp milk as well, as recommended by her, and fantastic option! They have a loyalty program via punch card so another reason I can’t wait to come again! Scout says thanks for the delicious treat and the ice water on a hot summer day as well ?“

“Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

Not only for the most delicious peppermint Coffee but the most amazing and most warm costumer serving we ever had in the time we spend in Colorado Springs. “I love this Safeway because the workers are the nicest, but some of the Starbucks employees are kind of rude and snippy. One time I asked for an iced venti matcha and I could see the iced venti cups through the glass and the worker told me the couldn't do that size iced, mind you i buy this every time i go there, so I got a hot coffee but also there is this one girl who is super sweet and works two jobs there and she is always the nicest to order from.
