“Fantastic crew. I went there at 8:30am a super busy time. I ordered 20 bagels and cream cheese plus a box of coffee for the stellar staff in family care. They told me upfront that it would be 90 minutes until it was ready. Not only was it ready but they neatly organized it in a crate for me to carry easily. Thank You Guys and Gals again!“
“This location is by far my most favorite to go to. I like to bring my mom here and have coffee with her. The workers have been so lovely and kind, which makes the day even more sweeter. Even when the line gets so backed up (maybe around lunch time or on a holiday, which is inevitable), I have never seen more patient customers in my life. The atmosphere of this Starbucks is so calm, if I had the opportunity I could just sit there, coffee in hand and watch the day fly by.The aroma of fresh coffee, catchy music, lighting inside the shop and all around appearance.. it's just perfect.They also make the coffee absolutely perfect! My go-to is a hot white chocolate mocha, perfect for this chilly season. My mom prefers a hot hazelnut latte.All in all, if I could rate this place more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat.Thank you all and keep up the good work!“
“Everytime I come through Everyone is very friendly and more then willing to help you find something to fit your needs. They are very quick at moving people through the line and making sure you get everything on your order. I like that when I order coffee they have it ready by the time I get to the window to pay so I can get to work on time after PT. I have also noticed they will move me forward if my sandwich is not done just yet and have it ready for me pretty quickly after I park.“
“Read so many bad reviews I got curious and gave it a shot. Bakery, coffee and sandwiches were pretty good actually. But yes, the atmosphere of this place is pretty bizarre. I heard obnoxious workers talking loudly and gossiping about the most random stuff. If you know Spanish, you might get uncomfortable because you will understand the stuff they are saying. Anyways, just get your food and get out. Food good. Atmosphere bizarre.“
“The restaurant was fantastic! beautiful interior with a variety of fun vibes. They have a coffee bar that is delicious, I has an Iced caramel macchiato and they have a full regular bar as well. The food is SO SO good and fresh! They also have a beautiful sun room to eat in! So excited this right down the road from me!! oh also try the smooth honey wine with your meal they go great together ❤️“
“True Story! I lived in Brooklyn for 10 years and I had some of the best bagels I've ever had in my life until today. Someone offered me one this morning and it truly was the most amazing piece of bread I've ever had in my life loaded with cheese, jalapeños, and there was so much love and flavors in this bagel I found myself in some sort of strange and wonderful awe and THEN I found out they were from our very own Loft in Manitou Springs! All I can say is if you live around here you better get you some ( if you haven't already) and if you're not from here, I would call them and see about getting them freeze dried and shipped because they definitely put New York bagels to the test! Ah, Magnificent Manitou and of course, The Loft!“
“Very welcoming atmosphere, delicious coffee, and friendly staff. I haven’t tried the food yet, but I’m sure it’s delicious.This is an okay place to study if you have noise-cancelling earbuds. It can get very loud due to the overhead music and other patrons. I personally find the music too loud.Other than the noise issue, this is a good option for coffee and a quick bite. More of a social coffee shop than a study/work spot.“
“I just love the atmosphere there and the coffee is 100% delicious.Parking: You half to pay for parking but it's so worth once you get inside the establishment and first thing you smell is the wonderful aroma's of coffee and pastries.Kid-friendliness: It's very much kid friendly. Everyone that works there is so welcoming and friendly to the children.Wheelchair accessibility: So it's one level foundation there's no ramps are difficult curbs to mess with just roll up to the door and go in.“
“We went in looking for dessert for a birthday..much to our surprise, everything is GF which is so great as some of us can’t have gluten! We loved the donuts! I do wish I would’ve seen the flavors of the week before ordering, otherwise I would’ve gotten them all! Delicious, good texture, warm & fresh, nice staff, overall A+!! Will be stopping again when I’m in the city! (We live a couple hours away)“
“Super kind and helpful! This was our first time here and we had a specific flavor profile in mind and the staff was super helpful. The flavor turned out exactly as wanted. Our pup was treated with a pup cup with treats in side and the kiddos smoothies were super yummy.We enjoyed the outdoor patio (a little too sunny but otherwise comfy).Prices were a little high with 3 drinks and a cookie being $24 but we were still very happy with our visit. We will be back on a treat day.“
