“I love all the Solar Roasts but this is my fave location! The baristas are super nice and fast, even when they are slammed with customers. They also have delicious food. My favorite is the veggie quiche with the hatch green chilis. All their coffee is roasted by a roster powered by solar panels which is super cool! And the espresso is always a delicious light roast blend for max caffeine and flavor, so delicious!!

Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free options for pastries and bagels and sandwiches, and they are delicious!“

“This McDonald's is quite impressive. I have been here about 10-12 times, and the service has been very good every single time. Also, I have not had any of my orders come out wrong, and that is just amazing when you consider how much it can happen at other locations ( I'm talking about you, Popeyes). It's obvious that this store has a great leadership team and the crew is awesome. Great location!!!

Parking: This is a large parking lot, so it is very easy to park and back out.“

“The Bean is one of my all-time favorite places to sit and sip coffee while being surrounded by my favorite people! The front of house staff is so kind and accommodating, and Vicy’s business is flourishing because of her dedication and love of her craft. The food is ALWAYS amazing, and the coffee is always divine. However, I was disappointed today while I was sitting near the kitchen. I was writing and overheard one of the male kitchen workers (he wears a tan hat and I’m unsure of his name) talking to one of the baristas, who is a femme POC, about the topic of racism. He not only seemingly isolated her in the conversation, but argued with her to tell her that all people are racist, which is untrue. When she gave the definition of racism, he countered her and gave the same definition but with the expansion (for lack of my inability to remember word-for-word), “white people are discriminated against too”. First, it was a highly inappropriate conversation for someone to bring up in a workplace that was formed on the basis of being a safe space. It was uncomfortable and angering to witness. I’m proud of her for walking away from the conversation with a person that had zero intent on hearing what she had to say. No matter how “playful” he may have intended the conversation to be. Second, the word-for-word definition of racism is this: “a belief that race is a fundamental determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race” and “the systemic oppression of a racial group to the social, economic, and political advantage of another”. People of color can hold prejudice, but can not be racist. To be racist is to hold prejudice AND have the ability to discriminate against, oppress, or limit the rights of others. Which people of color cannot do given the system that openly promotes discrimination against them and eliminates their ability to do things such as this. The other male worker (the co-owner) in today was standing and listening, but didn’t say anything. I wanted so badly to intervene, but couldn’t as the staff was busy and I didn’t want to stir the pot. I know the barista is a well educated person that has the ability to stand up for herself, too. I also hate to see the actions of one employee set a bad reputation for the entire staff. I wasn’t the only person hearing the conversation, and I know it was uncomfortable for everyone around.“

“The coffee is great. I worked here though and the ow er that runs the shop was extremely abusive to his employees. I only lasted a couple of weeks. I couldn't take it. And frankly we were all terrified of him. Edit: This was the founder. I don't know if there is new management.“

“I had no idea what we were getting into. Just needed coffee with trailer parking. Better yet a drive through with the trailer. I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to the window and I don’t think my husband let go of the wheel or looked past 12o clock. Probably the best chia lattes I’ve ever had, girls were super friendly and it was worth the torture on my husband 🤣“

“I recently had the pleasure of trying some in-house roasted coffee beans from 3Birds, and the experience was exceptional. The beans were roasted to perfection, showcasing a rich, aromatic flavor profile with a delightful balance of acidity and sweetness. Each cup delivered a fresh, full-bodied taste that clearly reflected the care and expertise involved in the roasting process.

Beyond the superb coffee, the service was outstanding. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about their product, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of the coffee experience was tailored to my preferences. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the visit truly memorable. This combination of excellent coffee and remarkable service is a winning formula, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Additionally, the new remodel and expansion has made the space not only more functional but they are able to showcase other products from businesses around town. It is absolutely stunning and a very unique atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness: My toddler is always welcomed with smiles and sweet words.“

“Came here today after a long while and was pleased at the decor and the quality of the service. Had a Deluxe Smoothy which served as my breakfast and was very happy to have a decent smoothy which is plant based in Pueblo

The service was excellent and the variety of food allowed for a vegetarian palate to be satisfied! I watched as regulars came in and there was service provided that I very rarely see and new people were kindly greeted!“
