“Looking for a new Thai place since moving here and found this one. The reviews are spot-on. We enjoyed some Pad Thai with medium heat and it was delicious. Chicken with Cashews came with some mild heat and it was perfect. The chicken was nice quality and the veggies were fresh. Green Curry Chicken was heavy on the squash and I'm used to some eggplant, but still tasty. We had to try the Sticky Rice with Mango and it was good. As it was mentioned by other reviewers it is not the place to go if you're in a hurry. We waited an hour for our food, but it was worth the wait. They are short staffed so make sure you're out to enjoy the experience and not in a rush. Everyone seemed really pleased with their food and the server was pleasant considering she was the only one there. The prices are a little high but the food is high quality. We will be back.”

“Great find in Pueblo. Post mountain bike ride, looking for a local craft beer and place to hang out, Reservoir Brewery did not disappoint. The guys at the bar were so nice, made great recommendations and all the beers were amazing. We will totally be back. Great place to hang out with friends after a long mountain bike ride.”

“This is a great Italian restaurant. We are here on holiday and our friends recommended it. The server was friendly and welcoming and accommodating. The food was Fabulous..baked ravioli. manicotti, lasagne. The homemade bread and dipping sauce was delicious treat. Finally dessert..tiramisu and carrots cake. It doesn't end better than this. The cost for four-way extremely reasonable. A definite great place to dine.”

“I attended a wedding catered by SoCo and everything was absolutely delicious. I generally expect to be kind of disappointed at a wedding buffet, but everything from the brisket and pulled pork to the Mac n cheese and green beans were fantastic. Highly recommend! I'm still thinking about it today. The owners were very friendly as well.”

“Stopped in for a couple of drinks after a concert last Saturday night. Good neighborhood bar, karaoke, pool table and the drinks were decent. Would've liked to have some food served and had to go out to get our own food. Not sure why it wasn't being served. We'll be back though. Thanks!”

“We go to Cat's when we are in the mood for a salad. Their salads are enormous, well topped, and appropriately priced. My wife prefers the Greek Salad which is topped with Gyro meat. I usually have the Che salad but instead opted for the Italian salad this last trip. Not sorry about that choice.”

“This is a brand new bubble tea place in Pueblo West. We got the brown sugar brulee with coconut and mango jelly add ins. There are so many types of drinks and add ins to make a personalized drink. It was delicious! It will definitely become a favorite spot of ours. Check it out!”

“The food here is absolutely amazing, wonderful friendly staff with a casual atmosphere. The best thing about this place is the consistency in food quality. Always hot, fresh, and filling. Great menu choice all around the board and don’t get me started on the pasta salad. Thank lord I live over an hour away or I’d be here daily!”

“I was in Pueblo for work and ordered from this place.In my opinion they put any pizza chain to shame.The breadsticks were some of the best I have ever had in my life and the pizza was great.I prefer a thick crust/ deep dish style which they didn't have, but the pizza was still great.I would highly recommend giving this place a shot.”

“Everyone is so friendly, I got all of the delicious sides along with pulled pork and brisket. And DANG do they know how to throw down on that meat. Tender, fall apart, melt in your mouth with amazing flavor! I'll definitely be back for more! If the meat wasn't enough to make me come back the sides are delicious! Especially the jalapeño corn!”

“Oh my goodness!! These donuts melt in your mouth. I will be honest I was a little cautious of this little place out by itself. I got two donuts and holy cow, I was eating them in my car and had to leave before I went back for more. Definitely going to be my go to spot for donuts when in Pueblo or passing through.”
