“So glad we stopped in today. Enjoyed a flight w several different styles and really really enjoyed the grilled cheese with bacon and green chilis and the Rachel sandwich (like a Rueben). Beers were well balanced and easy to drink, solid collection of IPAs and the peach cream was delightful. The grilled cheese was easily top five EVER. Owners were engaged and the service was great as well. This will be a go to when coming down from here on out. So nice to have a great place to eat at in Pueblo West. Highly recommend! Support these guys so they can grow.”

“Met the owners waiting to check into the Chip on Saturday. Told them we would try it. Went back over for a late lunch. Food was fantastic and fair priced. I had the wings and everyone else had burgers. Tried my wife’s burger and it was great. Friends had the slopper, it was so big they didn’t eat it all! We will be back!”

“Love the nachos. A full order is plenty for two! Great variety of chips and toppings. Service is spotty as they most likely need a few more workers like most places. It's a nice sports bar if you want to watch a game on numerous tvs. A friendly place.

Parking: Ample parking on the sides of the restaurant. The front is a bit tight for larger trucks.”

I hate baked beans but theirs delicious!! the potatoe salad it was freaking amazing reminded me of my mom's and that doesn't Happen ever and their brisket best part so tender not dry amazing taste coupled with the their BBQ sauce. definately will be using them again”

“We eat here a couple of times a week. I used to get the the grilled chicken but now they don't have it. My grandson likes Spicy chicken. To much lettuce on the salad but I prefer the extras. Tonight I tried the new chicken pieces; 4 flavors but I chose the garlic pram. Pretty good.”

“I’m pregnant and had a really long day with a hungry 3 year old. I ordered pizza and it was marked delivered but when I checked I didn’t have it. It turns out I put my old address. I called practically in tears ( I didn’t know I put the wrong address ) and without hesitation the gentleman that answered the phone, made a reorder and asked for my new address at no charge. “Great family owned restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. This is a local favorite restaurant. Great spot for a big family dinner or date night. I reccomend the cannoli! We’ve also reserved the upstairs for a private party and numerous meetings. The staff is friendly and professional!”

“I live up north of Ft Collins and when I come to Pueblo I absolutely have to stop at Adolfo's! This is hands down my favorite Mexican fast food restaurant!!! Everything we try here is fire! My go to is the carne asada burrito and street tacos! Do yourself a favor and make this a stop on your list!”
