“The food and service never fails. My son loves the egg drop soup, so we order a family and it's so big all 4 of us get seconds and sometimes thirds. The battered chiken and pork is crispy but not hard and the Mongolian beef is succulent. Keep up the great work guys.”

“We stopped in while in town We were greeted and seated immediately by Ashton who saw us park and already had a table for us. She was also our server. Dishes were taken away and cleared. Other staff assisted as well. They worked as a team to ensure everyone was taken care of. . I'd give 5 stars, however no one is perfect. 😀. GREAT JOB ASHTON.

Kid-friendliness: We have no kids. However tables near us did and they were treated well. Friendly and interacted with them. 😀

The owner and staff were more than hospitable and accommodating and they gracefully took orders off the menu from all our guests as they came and served quickly. I appreciate them helping my son to have a great graduation celebration!”

We were very impressed by James, our wine tasting guide, and his knowledge of wine making, the history behind each bottle, and food pairings that complement each wine. It was evident how much the owners take pride in what they do and love sharing it with their customers. We look forward to another visit to Brush Hallow Winery.”

“My mom and I went here a few years ago and stumbled across Nirvana Culinary Paradise, a lovely restaurant serving Indian cuisine located in the heart of Cañon City, Colorado. The food here is absolutely amazing and even that’s an understatement. After taking my first spoonful of savory curry consisting of a variety of exquisite flavors, I instantly felt a wave of relief wash over me. For the first time in my life, I felt alive. I wasn’t simply existing at this point, but I was experiencing happiness in its truest form. Imagine being abandoned by your tour group in the wilderness all because you left a trail of snacks behind the group to almost get mauled by a very hungry grizzly bear. Now you’re lost, afraid, and the coldest you’ve ever been. The next few days, you see the first car since the tour group left you in the boonies to die. A sweet, elderly woman with grandma vibes rolls down her window and offers you a lift. You are alone and have no other options or place to go, so you accept her offer. She brings you to her quaint, peaceful home and wraps you up in a cozy plush blanket. You feel warmth not only on your skin, but in your heart. You feel safe. You feel comfort. You feel unconditional love. That’s the same feeling you will get from Nirvana Culinary Paradise.”
