This place is an incredible hidden gem. It was busy and took a bit long, however 100% worth it. I can see why they are busy. You won't be disappointed. All of the food that we ordered was incredible ?
Limited options for gluten free diners (like me) but they did go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I got a hot plate without the sauce (because gluten), but they brought me a special gluten free soy sauce. Typical Japanese food is not oily or fatty but everything I ordered was quite oily without a sauce. As food cools the oils are more apparent and not pleasant.Taste is typical American Japanese food. You're not getting Japanese street food here. Carrots, cabbage, onions, peas, were all soft and overcooked. The slight char on the onions was nice.Sushi was fresh tasting and firm. Dragon Roll was flavorful and was suggested by the server.Service was excellent.
