Always delicious. Great service. Amazing food!
We have been here twice and each experience has been excellent. Food is delicious and drinks are also great. No complaints whatsoever and we will be back for sure. Highly recommend bento boxes and sushi.
This is hands down the BEST sushi place in southern Colorado! They have other great non-sushi dishes too. Their specialty bar drinks are also very good. I promise it is worth the drive (it’s 45minutes away for us). It’s a hidden gem inside the town of Florence. The owners Anna and Henry Ito and their wait staff are always very friendly and always take great care of us! Our whole family loves coming here!

Highly recommend the Ito Mule. Scrumptious! The dining experience is consistently great, and customers are returning again and again. The steak hibachi is a favorite, and no sushi roll has disappointed. Clear onion soup and ginger salad are perfection. Try the purple haze sake. The service is always great. Bento boxes were enjoyed, and a thoughtful anniversary dessert was appreciated.
