“Just moved from in town to Pueblo West. This is the best place for Mexican food we’ve tried. It isn’t a fancy place, but the food is amazing. Portions are large, so you get more than your money’s worth. The green chili burrito, chicken burrito and quesabirrias were fabulous. We will definitely be back.“

“I just genuinely want to thank the people who make Adolfos happen, owners, management, staff. You guys have genuinely been life savers, on days when I work a 12 hr shift no lunch and there's just no possible way for me to make a decent meal for myself you guys always come through, you're open, your food is fresh and real and hearty and amazing and the staff has always been a joy, yall have never let me down. You guys are a staple in this town. Support local businesses! (Also the new quesabirria tacos were so amazing i could cry, excellent addition!)“
