“We were in COS for a family emergency and since we are from AZ, Jonesing for good Mexican. And Maria's did not disappoint. Service was wonderful with all we could see was one young man. He was wonderful. I had the Carnitas and husband had a breakfast burrito. We love it allcand the salsa was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. And when we come back we will be going.“

“Absolutely the best Mexican food in Colorado! Stopped at their new location on Sinton Rd and it was delicious. The owner and his son were extremely nice and everyone was friendly and very welcoming. The carne asada was mouth watering delicious and the seafood chimichanga was amazing. We had the fried ice cream for dessert and it was melt in your mouth satisfying. We will definitely be going back as often as we can!!“

“Been to the one in Breckenridge so thought I’d check this one out since I liked that one. Ice cream is good but I’m not a fan of the load music choices going on there. I’m old so don’t mind me but you should appeal to all ages sure I’m not the only one that won’t walk in there again if it’s like that next time I’m there. We go downtown for dinner on the weekend and thought we’d get ice cream instead of dessert in the restaurant for a change.“

“Nestled in what was clearly a small pizza hut at one point, this place is so great. The servers were kind and attentive. The food was amazing. As a Hispanic who has experienced Mexican food all along the southern border, this place definitely lives up to a more west coast Mexican flavor. The enchiladas al la crema are worth trying.“

“Great food, very homey and made to order so it's hot and delicious. They have a drive thru window which is cool. Onsite parking. I ordered a large Aqua Fresca and a machaca burrito and it was very good! Try the mild green salsa it's a good tomatillo salsa, but the Hot sauce was also good, more like a red chile sauce.“

“First off I've been a daniels customer for a long time and today because of the attitude given to me by the young kid up front when I paid for the food that was falling apart and my eggs and sausage were so cold it didn't even melt the cheese and I was basically told o well not a bring back we can make you another I was given a attitude and basically told to f off so I know businesses don't care because they get so much business from the base but that was completely unprofessional and rude.“

“A large group of us visited Los Volcanes Saturday, November 9TH and had the best time ever! The food was fantastic and came out on time even with such a large group being served! I highly recommend visiting this wonderful, authentic restaurant to experience for yourself the same dining wonder!“

“This was my first time here and it certainly won't be my last. The staff were absolutely outstanding, and the food did not disappoint at all. Do not miss the Elote appetizer with the Crema and the queso fresco they are fire. It has a nice bite with it due to the lime juice that I've never had before,that was a five star hit. My server informed me that they were famous for their Birra tacos and had several dishes in that theme. I chose the birra quesadilla. The roast beef inside was tender and juicy. The flower tortilla was crisp and flavorful. They do not skimp on portions there was enough meat in this entrée to be a pot roast dinner. I can't wait to go back..“
