“This place is amazing! Food was super delicious and the service so really great! The margaritas tasted amazing and our server so very attentive and a couple other people also made our experience really great. Definitely recommend. They have the best carne asada plate I’ve ever had in Colorado.Vegetarian options: Most dishes seem modifiable.“
“From beginning to the end, it was a wonderful meal. Arrived early and the place filled up fast. Everything is fresh, not the traditional heavy Mexican. The queso is lovely and not spicy, but you know how to do that yourself to your desired level. The chips are cripsy and thin as they are made in-house, yay. The plates are large, so if you are a light luncher, consider bringing a friend to share with! The tres Leche cupcake was a moist and divine ending to the meal.“
“All I gotta say is, as a first generation immigrant from Mexico, this is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado Springs. Food is FIRE (highly recommend the barbacoa) the service is really good as well, most of the time. Drinks are really good too. They ain’t stingy wit it, I’ll say that.“
“All 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me! They check all of the boxes of having a successful, yummy Mexican food restaurant! Me and my family enjoy the culture just as much as the food, and this place has it ALL! We came in an hour before closing and our server was the sweetest. He answered all of our questions, and recommend a few of the items. I will be coming back for round two soon!“
“Some of the best tacos I have had in Colorado Springs. The birria tacos are crunchy and have awesome flavor, and the consome elevates the experience. I had an al pastor taco and it was ok, had decent flavor. I had a barbacoa taco and it was very dry bit tasted good. All the tacos are stuffed with meat making them a great value. My wife had the menudo and she said it was ok. I tried the horchata, it was too sweet and made with less milk (maybe none). The salsas are provided for your tacos: green, red, and habenero. The habenero was our favorite since it had spice and good flavor. Great hours and friendly staff. Will definitely come back for those birria tacos!“
“We love El Korita! They are the best Mexican food truck in town hands down. It always hits the spot especially coming from California and being very picky when it comes to Mexican food. My husband always asks for his tripa extra crispy and they never fail at making it crispy and still keeping it savory. We come back quite often and are regular customers and they are always very kind. Definitely recommended!“
“Pupusas melts in your mouth and pork quesadillas were so good. the food was amazing but what’s more amazing was the experience. the lady who served us gave such a nostalgic experience as if our own mother was serving us food. so kind and generous, she made us feel extremely welcomed and appreciated. we definitely enjoyed the food and truly appreciated the kind hearted service we received. def would recommend to my friends and would come back again“
“This is the best Mexican spot in Colorado Springs. The authenticity is out of this world. Every time I want true Mexican food, this is where I go. The barbacoa is perfect and the service is great and personal every time. We’re welcomed with a smile and genuine hospitality every time. I’ll be going here for a long time.“
“Sara is amazing! She took amazing care of us for my husband’s birthday. She made Colorado Springs feel like small town. And I love the food at Dos Santos! Whether it’s me and my spouse on a date night or a night out with the fam, everyone was satisfied! I highly recommend!“
“I love this place! The one by exit 146 (off I-25) has a better atmosphere and, for some reason, is never busy. The servers at this location were great.I LOVE the tapatio burrito because it's large and like 12$They have a lot of meal options.I dont eat out often, but this is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado.Kid-friendliness: There were many children, I will say, the area, maybe like the Parking lot, keep a close eye on your children, but sadly that's anywhere in the world anymore. No reason this couldn't be a nice place for a family dinner, unless of course customers were to misbehave.“
“We came here pretty early on a Friday however the food and service were very good, but my favorite were the margaritas which were some of the best I've had. I highly recommend this place if your looking for quick and great food and amazing drinks.“
“Have nothing but great things to say about Fiesta Mexicana. The food is great and servers are great. The only complaint I have is parking. Can be tight to get in if driving a truck on their busy nights. Overall, if you want authentic Mexican food, come to Fiesta Mexicana!Parking: About 10 parking spots available. Can be hard to find parking on their busy nights.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is available.Wheelchair accessibility: Two wheel chair parking spots available.“
“Hands down some of the most authentic Mexican food I've ever had in my life. I thought I was eating my grandma's food! Service was spot on! From the young man who seated us to our waitress to the bartender! The vibrant colors in the restaurant radiated the feeling of I'm hungry! Just a fabulous experience all the way around give it a try and won't disappoint you I promise! If I could give it a hundred Stars I wouldParking: It's located across from the El Paso County court on Vermont, so there's plenty of paid parking lots all up and down the block.“
“Very good burrito. My first time here, I grew up eating fresh tortillas so it's the only way to have them ☺️ the woman who helped me was very friendly. I liked that the meat was cut into manageable pieces, not huge chunks ? maybe a little spendy for a burrito ? but I'll definitely come “
“Lemme start with the customer service here is amazing! I’ve been through a few times but tonight ALAN was working the window and that kid has so much respect and super friendly. I ordered and waited. Kid was fast and on top of it. Didn’t forget one thing. Not even his manners! Whoever his mama is should be proud! I even told him that. He deserves 10stars. It was a nice end to my long day. I really appreciate how easy the menu is and how easy it is to order. Food is amazing and very tasty! Keep up the good work!“
“I love coming here. It’s my go-to spot if if I want some solid drinks and food. Every single item on their menu is bomb. If you sit at the bar, I hope you get Codi. She’s super talkative and always in an uplifting mood!! Check DosDos out!!!“
“Enjoyed breakfast here on a weekend. Place was busy, but a short wait for a table. Everyone we encountered was friendly, food was great, and the bill was super reasonable for what you get. Terrific red and green Chile. Looking forward to coming back.“
“Their chips and salaa with pico are amazing! Birria quesadillas made for a fantastic start. The Yucatan Lime Soup and Honey Lime Chicken Salad were both good, but no lime was provided to complement the dishes. Coconut Flan was a happy and delicious finish.“
“Simple order of two crunchy ground beef tacos with a side of guac TOTALLY hit the spot at lunch! Packed full of fresh ingredients and only $7. Red and green hot sauces are soooo good. Used to work downtown and ate her A LOT. I remember DEELISH breakfast burritos as big as your forearm. ?“
“Update: Still great and they now take credit cards! This family-owned business is delicious. I have never had anything that I didn’t like. Their refried beans and rice are wonderful and their pork green chile and enchilada sauce are also very good. The portions are large and my husband and I usually share an entree. No matter what we ALWAYS get the limeade, even though it’s a little extra. It’s the perfect combo of sour and sweet. The owners are always there and very friendly. Cash only!“
“Tacos are some of the few in town that remind me of home (las Vegas) tripa, asada, pastor, and bierria are all recommend!!! Their green salsa is a bit on the spicy side but a good mild flavor.Sadly, government caused inflation is hitting everyone hard, especially the food industry, so their tacos are around $3 each. Still the cheapest I've found so far.“
“This is the best food in town!! Literally makes me miss Arizona so much. My heart is happy and my tummy after leaving this place. ?❤️?Parking: Parking in the back of establishment.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes you can enter with a wheelchair ?“
“This Mexican restaurant is one of the best in town and the longest standing. It is so nice to have a family run restaurant with the customer in mind. We have been coming to the bean bandit, my whole life and truly love Margie and her spirit is still here. The food is still amazing and the chips and salsa are, always tasty! The service is good. Our waitress was the only one on the floor at the time we were there, and seemed to be handling things nicely.“
“Great food!Highly recommended! The cactus tacosEl pastor burritos (my fav)The birria tacos.Fish tacosCarne asada, and everything else I've had here are amazing!Love the history of the name! The salsa bar is always on point. The hot is actually a bit spicy which is saying something for me.A+“
“Really great food and an ample amount of it - very reminiscent of pre-pandemic portions. I ordered the chicken, beef, and shrimp fajitas, which sizzled their way to our table via a friendly and very competent server. I stand corrected; there is excellent Mexican food in Colorado Springs, and it can be found here.P.S. I like my margaritas like I like my bros - big and strong. These did not disappoint.?“
“Grab a breakfast burrito and some of their hot salsa if you like real spice. No matter what time of day we visit, their food has always been excellent and the staff friendly. Real Mexican food from great people. They have plenty of parking and seating or a drive-through if you need to hut the road. Portions are large and flavorful.“
“Lovely authentic Mexican restaurant. Huge portions packed with flavor. The horchata is house made and has hints of coconut to make it unique and absolutely delicious! The hot green Chile I smothered my barbacoa burrito in was fire! Plenty of spice and flavor. Service was good, food came out fast and waitresses were friendly and attentive.“
“We have been a customer for about two years now and we love this place! This is the only place we grab our tacos! It's the best, well seasoned, and just everything melts in your mouth for how tender it is. MUY BUENO!Also, sometimes they run out of meat, make sure to call and ask if the meat you want is still available.“
“The food was phenomenal! The salsa needs to be jarred and sold! Delicious. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive for our large party of 9. Everyone’s food was hot and flavorful. I was so excited to have leftovers! Definitely worth the stop.“
“Some of the most fire Mexican food in the Springs I’ve had yet. Carne asada was gas, enchiladas verdes buss, and the churros filled with strawberry are my favorite. Def would eat everything on the menu here if i could but probably will end up doing so over time. Sweet and speedy service.“
“BEST TACOS IN TOWN!This family owned/operated taco truck is fantastic! Fresh, homemade everything...daily specials...and wonderful service. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10 million stars! Follow them on Instagram to find their schedule.“
“I went through drive-through this evening, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere on the interior. I can say that the employee that assisted me with lovely. She was super friendly and very kind. My food was superb! The best Carne Asada burrito I’ve ever had!! Without a doubt it was fantastic, and I will be back. Thank you!“
“You are missing out if you don’t visit the el Paisa taco truck. No comparison. Hands down the BEST Mexican food! Real food! Real flavor! Real Good! Every Friday night I go to the south east corner of circle and airport cuz that’s where el PAISA is! Can’t get enough! Their barbacoa is always awesome. Been coming for a long time and every time it’s the best! Consistently Fantastic. And they are fast too! Makes my mouth water just writing this review! Seriously my favorite place to get food!!“
“The horchata and Verde sauce are better than average Mexican fast food. 5 stars on those. Rolled tacos I got were yummy... crunchy outside but soft inside. They should melt the cheese on top though... Most of the cheese just fell off. I'll come back to try more stuff for sure. The horchata!! And that Verde taco sauce... Yummy! I felt their green sauce is as spicy or spicier that their red. Nice.Came back, got the wrong burrito but it was so good I couldn't complain. Hope they mess up my order more often if it turns out like that.“
“Tried a lot of items over the years... carnitas tacos and chimichangas- YUM! Lengua, chicharone, and tripe tacos- fantastic. The flying saucer and shredded beef tacos are fried amazingness. Best ground beef tacos I've ever had. Fresh tortilla chips and refried beans are a great addition. The drive thru is super convenient... my go-to local mexican place“
“Marcos taco is the best Mexican food here in Colorado Springs I’ve been to a couple of spot but nobody got them street tacos like Marcos I got back every time I want some real Mexican food even tho it’s far from where I live it’s worth the drive“
“What a GREAT eatery! Busy as all get out on a Sunday but seated us in 30 minutes. (Party of 2) Service was fast and friendly. Our server, Tianna, was very attentive. The food was fantastic! Mini bowl of Biscuits with chorizo (has a kick) scrambled eggs and cheese SMOTHERED in country gravy. Partner had a "build your own wrap" the size of his head. Both of us left with lunch for the next day there was so much left! 10/10! We will be back!“
“Restaurant is cleanEmployees are amazingFood was delicious (even though you got my order wrong the first time/ you remade it)My only qualm is with your drinks and bartenders- it took way too long for my drinks to come out - my drinks came out AFTER my food. One of them was the wrong drink, and both of them were weak as heck even after you remade the wrong one.“
“Would not think I could find a mariscos place in the Springs but here we are. So awesome to have this place if you are craving seafood. The prices are reasonable and the food is fresh. I had the aguachiles and it was properly spicy and acidic! Would recommend you come!“
“The only reason we stopped here was to use the bathroom. The food was good. We were surprised at how much food our orders had in them. Had we known, we would've shared one order.Vegetarian options: I wasn't looking for vegetarian options, so I don't know if there was a section. There was plenty of food on the menu for a vegetarian diet.“
“This family is awesome I came in on Easter and they were closed but they opened the doors for me and made me and my family the best food on Easter Sunday I really appreciate that thanks to all of them my wife won’t beat me when I get home now!“
“Love it! This place has a lovely ambiance. The service is first rate. I just came in while waiting for my dog at the groomers. So it's early and not at all busy. My tostada is fresh and totally loaded. I just can't say how comfortable and hospitable this place feels. It's a hidden gem in Woodland Park, CO. Definitely worth a visit from the Springs. The margarita is worth the visit all on its own.“
“This is authentic Mexican food. I spent lots of time in TX and rarely can find authentic food like this. My boyfriend had the taco special and I had chicken enchiladas verde, both with rice and beans. The plates were both delicious and service was terrific.“
“The food was very tasty ? we had the burritos with barbacoa. It's the first time I tried the barbacoa and I liked it but I think for me I would have preferred beef but I'm glad I tried it here because I think it was the best I could have found. It was hot and just made. The only downside was the chips were a little cold, but still fresh.I felt like I had gone to someone's house in Mexico, excluding the bar full of men drinking and the stage that was waiting for someone to sing and a nice little dance floor! I loved the atmosphere! It was a Monday and it was calm.I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for authentic Mexican food. And, maybe wanted some music and dancing. ???“
“I come here and buy salsa a couple times a week. It’s really good. I let it sit in the fridge overnight and it sets it off. Lately I have started with the asada tacos also. They are very good and a solid choice. I really enjoy this place and the food is seriously on point. They are very nice people. Try it…….“
“Over all this was a pleasant place to eat. Had some problems getting the orders right but over all not a bad experience. The Pastore burrito was great. The best part is the elderly waiter we had. He was very engaging and made my grandsons experience worth going there. From good natured banter to showing him a simple magic trick we tipped nearly %50 just because he had my grandson laughing like crazy.Would go again for the service alone.Kid-friendliness: Great rapport with my grandson.“
“Normally I give this place 5 stars. But this time the menu did not accurately describe what I ordered, so my food came out covered in lettuce and tomatoes that I can not eat. The meat was still good, fajitas were great, chorizo queso is hands down my favorite. Still highly recommend I just suggest checking with staf to be sure what is actually on what you order.“
“Great place to eat. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars were that some of their food was way too spicy for the average consumer. Two in our party couldn't handle the heat. But the chips and dips were awesome. Very patient server.“
“We dined for lunch and were taken care of by Jess. She was great. We had mango tea and strawberry lemonade for drinks. We started our meal with the regular queso. The chips were soo good (i think homemade) and so were the salsa. The queso was flavorful, but had more tomatoes than i necessarily enjoy. We then order the tacos (which had uncooked onions ??) and served with rice & beans, and also the fajita quesadilla. The quesadilla was soo good. Overall, we enjoyed our food and service. Sorry, no photos.“
“Absolutely fantastic Mexican cuisine! From the rich flavors of their traditional dishes to the vibrant atmosphere, this restaurant truly delivers an exceptional dining experience. The authenticity of their recipes shines through in every bite, leaving you craving more. The service is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving delicious Mexican food!“
