“Took my family here and wasn’t sure what to expect. Not only was our food delicious but the service was what really made a difference. Special shout out to our waitress Karlie, she made our experience truly exceptional. She handled a busy dining room with remarkable professionalism, grace, and genuine care, never making anyone feel overlooked despite juggling multiple tables and responsibilities at once. She was attentive, kind, and always one step ahead, making sure everything was perfect without ever seeming rushed!

It’s rare to come across waitresses who work so hard while maintaining such a warm and welcoming attitude. Employees and waitresses like her are a big reason people return, and she absolutely deserves a raise. Thank you, Karlie, for making our meal such a memorable experience! Will be back again!!“

“We live in Castle Rock and are thankful our son discovered Dos Amigos. We took a close friend there last night. As usual, the food was excellent and at the best pricing we have found in Castle Rock. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to make certain their guests are taken care of. We highly recommend them to anyone in search of a friendly restaurant with quality food at a reasonable price.“

Mt husband recommends the red tacos & i loved their briia nachos 😋 they were the bomb! Also it's bigger than El Mason which was there before Chapala. Because they lease the building next door as well. My family & I are really impressed with the place. FYI it is authentic jalisco food & they get busy around 5pm. Best Mexican food I've had in Castlerock! Hands down!“

“Today I ordered 2 tacos for lunch. I was accidentally brought the wrong tacos. They were so yummy, I hadn’t even noticed-ha ha! A staff member came over and apologized, I said not to worry about it. He later brought me over my correct order anyways! I thought that was so nice! I love Yolanda’s. It’s my favorite spot in Castle Rock for tacos. I also love their nachos!! Super delish! :)“

“Growing up in Colorado, as a kid, we always ate at the original location in Brighton. In my opinion people who didn’t grow up in Colorado or haven’t lived in Colorado for a long time don’t really understand the hype surrounding good Colorado style green chili— I now live in Texas where we have nothing of the sort, and no matter where you travel, nothing quite compares to Santiago’s green chili. It’s totally unique to the Front Range. I was thrilled to see a location in Castle Rock while I was driving from Texas to northern Colorado for a funeral. This location was great! Don’t come here if you’re expecting a 5 star restaurant. Santiago’s is not, and never has been, a fancy sit down restaurant. It’s a good, cheap, fast food/fast casual place to go for burritos and a small selection of other items. I wouldn’t consider it “traditional” Mexican food, it’s more a Colorado style Mexican place. One of a kind, give it a try!“

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“

“Our Littleton Angies was closed today, so went to castle rock instead. The food was awful. Bottled salad dressing, watery spaghetti sauce and very bland meatball. Will never assume the two Angie restaurants are equal. Littleton is far superior in every way. Never again 0 stars. If restaurant wasn't so far away. I would have taken it back. Instead I fed it to my garbage disposal.“

“Food quality and quantity depends on who makes today. One time food was delicious and good size, other time the grilled chicken was burnt. I love how they have the caffeine free diet Coke, I thought I was the only one who drinks that stuff but seeing that here is cool. Workers are nice.“
