These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!

The shrimp tacos are a standout favorite, and the breakfast burritos are also highly praised. Romo's Street Tacos is a great spot for a Taco Tuesday or any day of the week. The owner is awesome, and the food truck service is highly recommended. The tacos are awesomely fresh with great flavor. The Surf N Turf burrito is phenomenal. They have napalm flavor that would make Guy Fieri jealous. The restaurant is inside what looks like a communal space for small businesses on the basement floor. They just moved and are looking forward to seeing the new location finished.
