Pueblo is special place on earth to grab a bite. If you’re lucky, you step back in time, you get good local food from local people 🤯 The Mill Stop was all that and more. The food is delicious. Portions are huge, the Sopaipillas are on the house. If that weren’t enough the service will actually melt your heart. Genuinely nice people. So glad I stopped. You should too!“

They have the best Carne Asada Fries in town that I have tried so far.I love the Menudo and the best part is that they serve it every day not just on the weekends, my grandpa claims it’s the best menudo he’s ever had, ate it every day when he came to visit from Mexico. They can be hotter sometimes, so I like to buy extra tortillas to tame the heat. 100% recommend (real barbacoa burrito was also delicious and not as greasy as most!). They refuse to take money off the ticket, the owners son who is the manager is very rude and told me not to come back, bc I explained I need the food for my elderly grandmother who is on hospice, his response, so is mine! update: The food waa free, but very cold.
