“Was my first time here today and I loved the atmosphere. Great food, fantastic drinks. I had a cherry mule and a hibiscus margarita as well as some delicious home made horchata. I got to choose a variety of different tacos and a tasty hot quesadilla as an appetizer. The menudo was fantastic. The staff were were friendly and accommodating and held the door for us on the way out. 5/5 stars, I'd love to make this a regular place I visit. ✨️“
“First time experiencing Haz Tu LoCo today. It was fun looking at all the different types of Mexican candy. I had the Cinnamon Toast Milkshake that came with a waffle cookie , a straw of candy and doughnut!Wow! Also had to try their made from scratch Horchata, yummy! Try them out for something fun and different!“
“The burritos are pretty good. Not what I would call a great value, but you will be full if you order the large. Not sure about the current owners, I prefer to support local businesses owned by local people in hopes of money not leaving the cominity.“
“A family owned restaurant w/ a long history. Service is great with big portions of homestyle cooked meals at a reasonable price. The plates are served hot, and you never have to ask for a refill of your beverage. The staff is on it! Marion is iconic!“
“Been to the Beer Barrel many times and they are always spot on. Great service, great food, and awesome staff! Without a doubt they have the best Slopper anywhere in the city and all of the surroundingarea ! We're headed there in a few minutes! You gotta give them a try. You won't regret it!“
“Excellent. The food is incredible and maybe the best in Pueblo. The waitstaff are always friendly and the atmosphere superb. They will bring you more salsa for your chips and salsa and the chips are warm. We have been there twice and I had the enchiladas with mole sauce and the burrito colorado. My partner had the deluxe enchiladas and a three item combo. Everything was great.“
“I ordered the mole plate to go ! It was very delicious , the flavors in the mole are unlike any Ive ever had! so savory and flavorful ! The rice is delicious and a great side for the mole my order was very filling and I will be back to try out other menu items ! Highly Recommend“
“I ordered the two chicken taco combination plate and was so pleased with the food I was given, I had to stop eating to find this restaurant on google and leave this review. The chicken was so full of juicy flavorful meat, the spices played perfectly with the fried tortilla. They were generous with the Spanish rice and beans. The customer service was on point and the food came super fast. I can’t wait to visit again.“
“Once again you do this to me! Your super nachos are sooo good and so many I literally have to put the to go box out of sight to stop eating them. Thank you for the great service and always wonderful food!(p.s. the biscuits and gravy were a delight and the eggs ((I asked for over medium)) were cooked perfectly!)“
“I went in to purchase some chicharonnes, as I had heard that they were good. I was really impressed by how clean and organized the store was. Their chicharonnes are large and very meaty. I will definitely be back to try more of their products. Hopin’ they have chili pods and ojas for tamales!“
“What’s not to love?! I had the enchiladas and they were delicious! For sure hit the spot! Hubby had the slopper. There wasn’t a crumb left behind so I’m assuming he was happy too lol! best of all?! My schooner had ice in it!! perfection!“
“Excellent small business. Serve yourself salsa bar inside with many options. We have gone at least 30 times. Hard workers who move at a fast pace. It seems that they actually care to get you your food in a timely manner. Even when it's busy, the food comes out high quality. I can't ever remember my order being incorrect. We especially enjoy the California burritos and shrimp cocktail. I can highly recommend.“
“The secret is the FRIENDLIEST staff. This little gem is tucked away right by the interstate 25 in Pueblo Co. Let me tell u the food is amazing but it seems to taste even better because it's made with so much love. The atmosphere was native to the area and was so joyful u couldn't help but sway to the rhythm of the soft playing music about us.The food had amazing flavor !!!! Thank you for the experience of the area it was symbolic to you heritage!!!!Love it will definitely revisit!“
“Food was pretty good! I had my first slopper here. Took a while but everything tasted great. My old fashioned was good. Wish the music could have maybe been a tiny bit less loud, it was just a Thursday night and not many people were around so it wasn’t as though it was for a rowdy weekend crowd.“
“The food is awesome. Great Mexican Food, just like Mama makes. It's a take out place is the only downfall. But don't let that scare you away. Green chili is too good to pass up plus the people are great.the prices are out of this world. It's like you're paying for 80's prices, very reasonable, but the food is absolutely delicious.“
“I may only order one thing here (I have tried a handful of items) but that bean and chicharrón burrito with green chili is too hard to beat. The thick burrito is stuffed full with refried beans, and they taste homemade. The chicharrón, is better than homemade, it is like my abuela showed them her special recipe. Never burnt, never chewy. And the tortilla? Well that's not like home. We use a comal to crisp up the tortas before and sometimes after stuffing them up. These feel more like steam heated. But not like those breakfast burritos you get elsewhere, you know the ones that stick to the foil and get all soggy... These stay great for some reason. Seriously get one!“
“If you want some really good tamales you must try this place they have mild and hot. They are the bomb. I promise you won't be disappointed . So what are you waiting for? Go by and try them for yourself. Happy tasting of the best tamales in Pueblo,Colorado ?“
“I always do drive thru personally, the number 9 chicken taco plate is GREAT, especially if you put some of that green salsa they give you on it, for some extra kick! Horchata is DELICIOUS here. The beef tostada is great too! Very much worth the price“
“I had the Chile Rellaco with green Chile. Amd the woman gave me a side of red Chile to test it out. The plate was amazing and the red Chile is tasty and spicy. The service was great and I appreciate the hospitality! Thank you Martinez Cafe!“
“My daughter took me here for lunch my 1st time. It was delicious and not only were the employees kind but the other customers as well. Were very kind one even brought me and my daughter our food, accidentally spilt a salsa went got a new salsa and a mop cleaned the mess and then ordered his food. Absolutely great atmosphere.“
“I am the daughter of Jessika and Rob, and after my parent took me to Ritas it easly became my favorite restruant. I have now become a regular and in doing so I get the best food in all of Pueblo Colorado. I absolutly love it here, anyone who says their food was messed up is lying. The food always comes out looking and smelling like Gordan Ramsy himself made it. The people never fail to brighten my day with their jokes and overall kindness. The Atmosphere is incredible, if some one walks into that restraunt with a frown they will be coming out with a ginormous smile.“
“I ordered a green burrito, it was delicious but a little messy to eat. I will order it again, but I'll bring a paper plate and fork with me next time. It's very small inside, but they had to make room to make all of the tortillas and good food. I can't wait to try menu items in the future. Yummy ? and left me satisfied.“
“Delicious! We are moving to the area and Cactus Flower was highly recommended! The margarita flight was delightful, the jalapeño and strawberry margaritas were delicious (ask for Tajin on the rim!!)Food portions were generous and delicious! We will be back!Dietary restrictions: Peanut friendly in March 2024“
“Best Mexican food in Pueblo. Taco Navarro makes the best food. Everything on there menu is delicious. Once you try it you will get addicted. I go every Saturday! They are professional and do a great job, they handle with care and love in each ingredient. The only thing is I would love if they could be open a little longer. They were closed today ?“
“One of the best Mexican food locations in Pueblo. We go here so much that we consider this to be the best and only Mexican food to get in Pueblo. The menu is simple and great prices. Personally i have never been disappointed eating here. If you want your money's worth come here.“
“The lady who helped me was friendly and our food was delicious. We didn’t get to take a picture because we were too hungry and couldn’t wait but I got 4 asada tacos and my husband got the California Burrito. I tried his burrito and both things were very good! We also bought their homemade bread that looked like a white and strawberry swirl with coconut flakes that was delicious. We are super glad we stopped at this place driving through this town.“
“Easily my favorite restaurant in Pueblo. Food is always hot and delicious, and they've never mistaken my order. Surprisingly affordable too. If you've got the time, I can't recommend it more. Free chips and salsa after 5:30. I usually get the smothered bean & chorizo burrito. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!“
“We tried 2 tacos for $6. The asado chorizo was the better of the two but the chicharrón with red sauce was also delicious. Great street taco spot - cash only though. The owners are super friendly and the food is authentic. Always made to order. They also have patio seating available to enjoy your lunch or dinner“
“Loved this quick stop. Authentic and fairly priced, food came out in a timely manner. There were a few tables inside and a few people waiting for take-out too but still got 3 entrees and 2 extra sides for about $30. Live in northern Greeley, but will definitely stop in again when we drive down there.Parking: Super tiny drive-way/one car size and almost unnoticeable, parking on the street was easiest, it's free and lots of take-out/phone orders so a spot could open quick when not a busy day.“
“went here withy in-laws . It was our first visit here the waitress went above and beyond with her service. my mother n law wanted to take a photo with the hats that were on the wall the waitress didn't hesitate she made it happen! it was the lunch hour so they were pretty busy tables were steadily coming it she keep up with them with ease and everything seemed to go smoothly. she had about eight tables ND still was able to do a dessert order then put Togo order and out drinks stayed refilled she didn't seemed rushed or stressed. her name was Sissy leighshe was amazing! the cook was the one to cash me out she was present and helpful. when you top it goes to the waitress but on the way out the door there is a tip jat for the cook who I assume handles the to go orders. the food is worth dropping them a rip on the way out the door back of house is just as important as front of the house !! so.... this place is a five start to me . my father in law would say one thing though. they need a spicy salsa he likes heat and they only offered Tabasco lol“
“This was amazing! I highly recommend bringing the whole family. Food was great and came out on a hot plate. I personally got the loco burrito it was delicious. The salsa and queso wasn’t my favorite thing but was still pretty good. My sever was Ronny he was very attentive, efficient, kind and had amazing hospitality skills. He also made it personal and talk to us about his background in waiters.“
“My wife and I cook most of our food so going somewhere to eat is more for convenience. Since coming here the first time a week ago we’ve been here three times for breakfast. The food and service is amazing and the prices are great. This is definitely our new favorite place.“
