“Food was great. I enjoyed the beef enchiladas. The rice and beans were also done great (a lot of places have terrible rice and beans in Pueblo) , but here they have good flavor and weren't over cooked, they were done just right. The staff was friendly and attentive. I recommend and will return.“

“Everything at this place is delicious I tried their Tacos I’ve had the Asada, Al Pastor, Tripa, and Lengua tacos and they are amazing I’ve also had the Quesadillas and they are also delicious full meat and cheese. They have the best Carne Asada Fries in town that I have tried so far.I love the Menudo and the best part is that they serve it every day not just on the weekends, my grandpa claims it’s the best menudo he’s ever had, ate it every day when he came to visit from Mexico. They have a self serve sauce bar inside with a huge selection of sauce and garnishes to customize your meal. They have a variety of soft drinks and Aguas Frescas. They have great food trust me and good customer service the interior is small but cozy. Great Mexican food franchise“

“We got a dozen hot and med they were great. I have to go get more since everybody at work ate them all (commute to springs). Restaurant Les in springs just don’t compare to the Mexican in P-town.

Extremely fast service even with all of the call ahead orders and reasonable prices (see pic of updated ones to 2026). Note that the entrance is on the north side of the building Google Maps takes you to and this is a shop without dine in seating.

The waitress we had still took care of us while we waited, and it was much appreciated! She says she's new and still learning but her performance was awesome. We'll be back!!“

“Wonderful little breakfast stop. The big hit breakfast special is a very affordable $8.49, which is great to see since breakfast is so cheap to make. Pueblo is special place on earth to grab a bite. If you’re lucky, you step back in time, you get good local food from local people 🤯 The Mill Stop was all that and more. The food is delicious. Portions are huge, the Sopaipillas are on the house. If that weren’t enough the service will actually melt your heart. Genuinely nice people. So glad I stopped. You should too!“

“My husband & I went to el nopal for the first time for their show in July and we had a great time! The food was really good - it wasn't greasy at all. The drinks were great as well. The shows they put on are awesome for a night out :) I would definitely recommend going LOL. They refuse to take money off the ticket, the owners son who is the manager is very rude and told me not to come back, bc I explained I need the food for my elderly grandmother who is on hospice, his response, so is mine! update: The food waa free, but very cold. “Me and my husband went to grab some lunch. We both were wanting different things to eat, so we came to mauro’s since they offer something for everyone. They have American and Mexican food. From pastas, pizza, to tacos and enchiladas. Literally many options. I got the enchiladas tejanas with chorizo. It also came with beans and potatoes. I was so hungry I cleaned up all my plate and forgot to snap a picture. I wish I would have because not only was it all delicious, it was very appealing to the eye. Nice big portion size as well.
