“Twenty One Steak is the finest restaurant in Pueblo. The location is phenomenal. The food is absolutely amazing. But the staff team is the reason for my review—absolutely top shelf. Our server, Harley was wonderful and gave our 2 year old grandson lots of attention and love. Toni, the general manager-has been there for 4 years. She personally looked after us and went out of her way to make us feel welcome—even hung up our coats for us. They genuinely made our entire night a perfect experience. They went well beyond the “norm” to accommodate us in various ways. I can’t say enough about how special they made us feel. And did I mention the food? The quality, presentation and creative culinary skills of the chef were outstanding. We are visiting our daughter and her little family from North Carolina and we dine here at least twice in a week during our stay. We went back this evening and Dylon was awesome as well! Also, Easton helped out too—that is one of the things I love about this restaurant-everyone works together as a team. They are like family—and they treat us like family.“

It wad a decent portion for the price and I didn't have to cart leftovers home. The place is small but cozy and the seats are comfortable although tight. “We need a location in town ASAP~! our first time in and the food was amazing paired with awesome service made it an all around great experience. As we like to do when we try something new we got a little of everything. The cheeseburger was delicious with LTOP on the side to build it as you please. The fish basket was also really good had a very unique taste to the batter, almost sweet, the in house tarter sauce was bomb & we added a little lemon to the fish made it even better~! The chilli Philly was absolutely BUSSIN ? nice hoagie bun with plenty of cheese, onion, bell pepper, & of course pueblo chillis ~! Now the highlight for myself was the mega sausage sandwhich it made me feel some kind of special way & I liked it, every bite start to finish~! The French fries were true shoe string fries fried to about damn perfection, we enjoyed them dipped in the really tasty Marie's sauce~! The only thing that wasn't great per say but still ok were the mac n cheese bites they were fried very nicely but kind of bland once you got into them nothing from the cheese itself or any flavor from just macaroni noodles maybe like a rub or sauce option to toss them in but unfortunately didnt slap like we had hoped but nothing that would ever stop us from coming back. The mini cupcakes that come with your basket are a nice sweet little treat that you won't get any where else!HIGHLY RECOMMEND~!“

“A local downtown family owned and operated business, but hard seats, leather burgers, and country music = your place? First time ever seen booths with hard flat seats (a few padded chairs in front and maybe at bar). However, excellent margaritas, fast kitchen service, exceptional wait service from Kara and others, removed plates and glasses as soon as finished. Despite menu disclaimers cooks will not prepare medium rare burgers. Nachos order is large, but hard chewy tasteless tortilla chips with extremely salty sauce. Too noisy to sit near kitchen. Restaurant is clean with slightly dated restrooms but decent and also clean. Prices are a buck or two less than other eateries. Notwithstanding my comments this is a very popular and busy place.“

“Nana’s BBQ catering our retirement party at the Pueblo West Eagles was flawless and such a pleasure. Wendy made everything so easy for us. Wendy set it all up and cleaned it all up. Wendy was so helpful and took all the stress off. The food was all awesome.! The meats, pulled pork, tri-tip, brisket were soooo tasty.! The sides, macaroni & cheese, coleslaw, pickles, all fresh and tasty. The bbq sauce was very good but the meats were great even without the sauce. We definitely got what we paid for and much more.! Thank you Wendy for your passion and for being such a large part of making our event a great success.! Can’t wait to try the other food offered at the Urban Bar & Grill.!“

“My husband, 1-year old, and I stopped at 1129 Spirits & Eatery for dinner on a Tuesday evening. I ordered a classic cheeseburger and my husband ordered the chicken and waffles. They did not have a kids menu so we ordered a side of fries for our kiddo. The food was pretty delicious. My husband said it was the best chicken and waffles he’s ever had. That’s a huge statement coming from him. My cheeseburger was super fresh and delicious, and the side of fries were extremely filling. Alcoholic beverages my husband ordered old elk bourbon and I ordered a lavender lemon drop (AMAZING by the way). Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable. They also put on a trivia game with 10 questions. They have multiple rounds but we couldn’t stay because we have a young baby. But the winner can win a $15 gift card. Not bad!The tables and floors were interesting, gave off a retro vibe along with the mood lighting when trivia started. The cost is pricey, but so is a lot of restaurants in Pueblo (unfortunately). Our total for everything we ordered came out to $65 + a tip. Like I said pricey. I think the burger alone was like $17 (just wow), it was good though. If you’re looking for a neat experience and good food, I recommend 1129 Spirits & Eatery.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and boosters for toddlers.“

“Haven't been here for a long time. Looks the same other than the pool table is gone. Still clean and hospitable atmosphere. Waitresses and bartender staff are very friendly and do a great job. My only complaints are that the men's bathroom wreaked of urine. It desperately needs a good cleaning and sanitizing. Also, in front of the building, along the street, there are a bunch of big chunks of concrete that are a tripping hazard. They need to be removed, and the damaged area needs repairs.“

“One of the best places for Japanese food in Pueblo. We’ve ordered their sushi a few times and have been nothing but satisfied. We came in today on St Patrick’s Day and service was slow with the amount of people in the store. It took awhile for our order to be taken and to be seated. We ordered miso soup and a unagi roll which were pretty good. The miso soup was a little bland but wasn’t bad. It tasted watered down compared to other miso soups I’ve had. Unagi roll was delicious. Clean bathrooms and neat decor in the restaurant. No military discount but our server tried asking which my boyfriend appreciated. Good solid Japanese restaurant but could use improvement.Parking: Free parking isn’t difficult to find and the free lots and free street parking aren’t too far of a walk from the restaurant.“

“The sourdough burger was divine for 6 bucks. Even though it was very thin, it was very filling and satisfying. The onion rings were also crispy and tasty! The star of the show though was the espresso and salted caramel mixed custard that was smoother and silkier than standard ice cream. Yummy! Yum! Yum! Yum! “This review is from March 29, 2024.Went on a hustling and bustling Friday night. Easy to check-in with "call ahead seating" online. Once we arrived, checked in online and then shortly after got the text to come in to be seated. Even though we had to stand and wait in the congested entrance for an additional 15 min, it still warranted with how busy it was. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Our server was Faith! An absolutely attentive server with phenomenal service! She made sure we were taken care of, always checked in on us, and was happy to oblige anything we needed. She's a true gem, and a fantastic asset to the restaurant. My hubby and I both got the ribeyes. I got the 14oz and he got the bone in. Let me tell ya, if you can choose some add ons, go for the mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños! The steaks were so tender, it felt like my knife was cutting into butter. The salads were so dang good. Idk if I was just hungry or they just hit the spot, but they were delicious and FRESH! Overall it was a great experience. Very impressed. Definitely made it worth it to take the time and write a review.Other odd noticeable things: thank you for having real salt and pepper shakers!!! Not the plastic twist kind. It was much appreciated. Thank you for NOT over seasoning your steaks! Glad we decided to NOT go to our local Colorado Springs Texas Roadhouse and drive the hour to Pueblo!“
