Full review: Starting out with the Hostess: I didn’t catch her name, but I wish I did, she deserves a shout out just as much as Jacob and Alec. Her customer service skills were certainly on par! My Husband and I came in this evening, mind you it’s Valentine’s Day & We did not have a reservation and just intended to sit at the bar for some drinks. Luck would have it, there were two seats available at the bar that had just opened up. She didn’t turn us away, she was quick to make sure the area was cleaned and ready to serve, and did it all with a smile. The bartender: Jacob was simply fantastic! He clearly displayed exceptional knowledge of both menu nuances & and pride in craftsmanship of complex cocktails. His quality shines through for nothing short of a phenomenal experience for patrons lucky enough to enjoy it. We had really planned on just having drinks, but his descriptions & suggestions regarding the menu and preparations, sold us on the Valentine’s Day Special. No regrets! Followed his seasoned advice on both cocktails & dining selections and absolutely grateful for it. The drinks: Totally delicious, of the seasonal menu was very impressed with quality and subtle elements that made the Winter Sour, delectable. We also decided to take a chance & went with bartenders choice, and we were not disappointed! The Banana Daiquiri was top notch 10/10, tasted just like a banana cream pie! The food: Expertly crafted, well presented, and absolutely top notch quality! There was not a single element I could point to that was anything short of excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection, and sides were fantastic. Highly recommend the Wild Mushroom Risotto. The drinks complemented the quality and complexity of dishes extremely well! The management: When we arrived, noted the managers card and grabbed one. The intention was to thank him regarding the hostess and the accommodation considering it was Valentine’s Day. After the exceptional experience, was surprised to find him at the host station and realized had seen him hustling around all night supporting the wait and host staff. Good leaders lead from the front & Alec appears to be just that! He was gracious for the feedback and complementary to the staff members. In conclusion: Will absolutely return & while 21 Steak may err on the slightly more expensive side, for exceptional experience would absolutely trust the quality of the food & excellent customer service displayed by every team member we interacted with! Thank you 21 Steak & Team for the best meal we have enjoyed in our time in Pueblo! Definitely made this Valentine’s Day extra special for my husband and I!“

“I hadn't been there in quite awhile. I have been on the East Coast dealing with personal matters. Country kitchen in Pueblo is awesome! The staff are very friendly, commutive and definitely service oriented. To no surprise, my meal was prepared perfectly! The restaurant environment was was comfortable, upbeat and professional!“

“We eat out a lot and all over the country, so when I say this place gets 5 stars across the board, I mean it! Great Slopper. My wife loves her Ranch Water and the home made pretzel with Pueblo cheese sauce was off the charts good.

Top it off with amazing service and both my kids (8 and 14) LOVING their meals, we will be back and I hope you come here with your family.

“Haven’t been back to Pennsylvania in years and this place was like a time capsule that sent me back to the East Coast. If you want a legit Philly in Colorado this is the place to hit. And yes if you ask for OG cheese wiz they got you, secret menu. Staff is stellar and will hook you up.“

“What a great place for lunch. Great fresh food, great staff, great prices. My friend had one of their burgers with bacon and a side of fries and I had the burrito plate with a side of guacamole. Well-seasoned. Tasty. We will definitely be back. Bonus: watch the golfers in all their glory through the clubhouse windows.

“The bartender, Isaac, tonight was amazing. The appetizers food, although a bit on the salty side, paired well with a good perfect margarita. I sat at the bar for four hours, getting lost in conversation with really cool strangers that I could've swore I knew in a past life. Stopped by Ruby Tuesday and had a really good experience. The salad bar was fresh with a great variety to choose from. The fried mushrooms were pretty good too. Service was excellent — friendly, fast, and made us feel welcome. Definitely a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal.“

“In the last 7 years since my last review, I've had good experiences, bad experiences and absolutely horrendous experiences. About 8 months ago everything was different it was not the normal food that you normally would get here, that was the horrendous experience that put me off of this place. Last night I decided to try it again. I don't know if it's under New Management or if they have some wonderful employees that actually work amazingly well, do good work. But the food was the best it's ever been. Everything arrived fresh and I live pretty far for delivery to arrive hot and fresh. It was so good that I had to order again today. It was just as good as it was last night. My only complaint was today they were stingy on the sauces. I do miss the fish laying on a bed of the breading. I wish there was a way to get the breadsticks instead of hush puppies on doordash. The breadsticks are amazing and I'm not a fan of hush puppies. Please if you're reading this add breadsticks to doordash. To whoever was working last night (8-15-26)at 7:00 p.m. awesome job and whoever is working today Sunday (8-16-26) 1pm amazing job.

“I like Cracker Barrel very much but I do not like that. They are changing things and going woke. I like coming to the restaurant because it is rustic and because the food is good I do not want to come to a place that is woke. I pray you don’t change things I really do I like coming to the place I like the atmosphere I like the store and I pray you won’t try to make it more modern. I don’t agree with the views that you have adopted and it makes me very sad that you have adopted them and that you think it’s OK. I believe if you continue with your attitude of woke, you’re going to lose customers and that makes me very sad for you.“

“This place doesn't look like much from the outside, and the name is a bit weird, but due to the proximity of the hotel I'm staying at for work, I visited the restaurant 3x within less than a week. Each time, the food was surprisingly good. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to bring refills or boxes. Highly recommend the burger & fries, the club sandwich with a side of fresh fruit, and the cinnamon roll crepes have been on my mind every single day when I wake up, knowing they are waiting for me just across the parking lot. Definitely recommend this place!“

“Let's get real. this is the only bar that's stayed alive and open. Every other usually gets shut down. It has a good atmosphere. Only thing is you can be standing and waiting right in front of a bar tender and theyll help someone who walked up after you and you'll wait 20+ minutes it seems. Customer service definitely needs some work. Other then that it's a great place.“

“Haven't been here for a long time. Looks the same other than the pool table is gone. Still clean and hospitable atmosphere. Waitresses and bartender staff are very friendly and do a great job. My only complaints are that the men's bathroom wreaked of urine. It desperately needs a good cleaning and sanitizing. Also, in front of the building, along the street, there are a bunch of big chunks of concrete that are a tripping hazard. They need to be removed, and the damaged area needs repairs.“

“We unexpectedly had to go tonight. it was awful from the start. When we called around 530 they said they were opened til 730. we got over there around 615 right away she says they are closing at 7. almost left knowing with a big party this wasn't going to work out. Decided to give it a try, it's my daughters birthday and she's hungry. We were seated and it took over 20 minutes to get our waitress to take our order. Placed order. . . waitress checked on us one time in the next hour or more while we waited for food. She disappeared for 15 plus minutes at a time, completely out of sight not checking on any tables, not just ours. We were offered refills only once food began arriving (1.5 hours in). my husbands entree was inedible. mine was cold and wrong. my sons was wrong and had to be sent back and brought out again. 4 of our plates were brought together, then 2 more, and then almost 20 minutes later my husbands. A table who got there after received theirs first. the less than polite manager did give us a discount for the wait, but that was not the only issue. strongly do not recommend.“

“Whent in and dine and had Annika as our server she was very helpful and friendly had a few questions about the menu and she was able to recommend a few things especially the stuff French toast it was amazing she kept up with our refills and made sure everything we needed throughout our meal great service all around I definitely will be back to see Annika again“

“This has got to be the worst restaurant in Pueblo. The last few times we have gone service has been horrible and twice they have "forgot" to put in our order. We decided to order foid to go for my daughter's 16th birthday today and that turned out to be worse. We irdered it at 2pm to picknup at 6pm since my girls both have soccer practice When my wife got there they told her that they didn't have crab legs. A seefood restaurant that doesn't have crab legs???? I guess 4 hours isn't enough time to let ys know this so we could do something different. I am done with this restaurant. I have wrote complaints and apparently the store owner amd manager don't care. It's no wonder the parking lot is always empty Oh and they say they can't refund our order. Guess time to get some legal involved“
