“We're visiting extended family at Monument Lake. Rosie's diner is an exceptional hometown dining place. The breakfast burrito that you see was enormous, the vegetable plate I'm told was excellent and the classic egg breakfast was excellent! Isabel was our server and she is quite a character as you can see. Check this place out!“

“Coffee Cup Cafe was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. We are from out of town & immediately felt welcomed & at home. I will never forget Eden. She truly cared about our experience & had meaningful conversation with us. It is really amazing to see owners so involved with their restaurant. You don’t see that often. The food was amazing. We went 2 days in a row back to back because of how great the food was & how much we loved the environment & Eden. Not to mention awesome coffee too! 100/10 recommend. “WOW!!! Another One Of Our "GO-TO" Restaurants This restaurant has become one of our "GO-TO" restaurants when we come to or go through Colorado Springs. It is very conveniently located in the newer area on the north end of Colorado Springs. The food is fabulous and the menu feature of 1/2 sandwich and soup is just right for a light meal. The Monte Cristo sandwich is done perfectly!!! The chicken tender salad is always a favorite of my wife. Marie was on duty that evening - Leadship On Duty!!! Marie came by our table several times and when I see the leadership working the crowd it speaks volumes for the entire operation. Kirsti took care of our table and she frequently came by to make sure the food and service met our satisfaction. WOW!!! A super nice evening with great food, great service, and attention to detail. Marie and Kirsti - you are the best!!!“

“A nice place to have lunch when visiting the US Air Force AcademyThis is located on the United States Air Force Academy Grounds. It is on the north side of Academy drive but to the southeast side of the Academy classrooms and student housing. It is billed as a place for special events and is well suited for that. It is situated on a hill overlooking the golf course and grounds. It has a dedicated parking lot with plenty of parking. I am not sure if you have to call before you arrive but our escorts had a table reserved for us right against the window. You choose your meal and pay before you sit down. The menu was a one-page affair with sandwiches and salads. The dining room was a large hall with large and small tables with north and east-facing windows. The view is pleasant. The food was reasonably priced (most meals are about $10) and came out quickly. The food was very good and the staff was very pleasant. If you get a chance to visit and eat at this location I think you will enjoy it for the food, service, price, and view. Enjoy!“

“Amazing smash burgers. They were sold out of the Nashville hot, but I'll gladly drive up from Colorado Springs to get one. Sooner than later. Do yourself a favor and stay off of I-25.. The drive up on Spruce Mountain is beautiful. As far as atmosphere, walk or drive several feet down to the veterans Park. Find a bench and enjoy.“

“The staff there were amazing! The host, Saun, was very accommodating and radiated positivity. We talked to him for awhile and he was awesome! We wish him the best of luck on his journey to join the Air Force! The bartender, Aaron, was equally cool and was knowledgeable on his drinks. He helped my wife pick out a cocktail to her liking and was patient with us. Overall these two made the experience amazing and if we stay at Great Wolf again we hope to see them. The only thing I thought could be better is the pricing, as it was expensive; what can you expect tho, with it being a bar at a hotel. Besides that, we recommend this place!!!“
