Ate here for our last night in Colorado. Our waitress was great, bison queso was delicious, drinks were even better! Highly recommend the adult root beer along with the fish tacos. Super yummy!

First time here. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and service staff. We will most definitely be returning again. Awesome place. Can’t wait to visit when it is not snowing.

Colorado Mountain Brewery offers great meals and a variety of options, including gluten-free choices. The serving sizes are good and the service is attentive and prompt. The restaurant has ample parking and is kid-friendly with a kid's menu. The views of Pikes Peak are amazing, making it a popular spot for both locals and visitors. The craft beer on tap and diverse menu make it a great place for a date or to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Customers often enjoy the flight of beer, including the popular Agave Mango Ale, which many wish they could buy bottled all year round. The menu features favorites like the Mile High Dip and Redcloud Peak, along with delicious appetizers such as onion rings, which are considered some of the best. Desserts like bread pudding are highly recommended, and the pasta primavera and ribs are praised for their perfect flavors. The menu also includes dishes like bison popper, bison chili, bison wellington, and the beer cheese soup, all described as being on point. The red Sangria is excellent, and there is a good variety of in-house beers. Customers appreciate the scenic views and often bring their growlers to take beer home. Overall, it is a relaxed place to enjoy good food and drinks with loved ones, though service quality may sometimes be inconsistent. The restaurant can be busy, but visitors report that it is worth the wait and that the staff is friendly when available.
