“The staff at Fossil Craft Beer was friendly. They have a different food truck outside every day of the week with a weekly schedule. They offer multiple Craft beers that are brewed on site. Lots of places to sit indoors and out. Very unique! Also pet friendly.“

“Wonderful family gathering place. Food is good, albeit pricey. Beer is fantastic, and the servers are more than happy to explain the menu with you and provide you with samples of their draught beer before obliging yourself to a full pint. Free tabletop shuffleboard and dogs welcome on the patio. They also have a nice store for Bristol gear and treats for humans and dogs. Bristol hosts numerous events in their taproom and partners with other vendors, organizations, and charities in the area- make sure to check both their website as well as ivywild school for the best up to date information.“

“I was here for an event. I'm not local. I live in Pueblo. Anyway, I was impressed with the set up. I love the open vibe of the bar connecting to the back. Great seating. Love the fire pits! “7/26/2023 Ate here for our last night in Colorado. Our waitress was great, bison queso was delicious, drinks were even better! Highly recommend the adult root beer along with the fish tacos. Super yummy!“

“Seven's gate is awesome! My wife and I went last Tuesday and had a beer and an app! The Reuben wontons were top notch, and the recommended cider was the best I've had, ever! (Wish I remembered the name).

I also left an expensive pair of sunglasses they were kind enough to find and hold onto to for me. Great service and trustworthy? A RARITY THESE DAYS!

“e had our wedding reception at Phantom Canyon and it exceeded our expectations! First of all, Jonathan and Kyle are incredible coordinators. They listen to what you want/like. They are responsive. They are so kind and helpful. Working with them helped make everything so seamless. Second, the coordination of the event staff was incredible. I brought it decor and just asked them to make it look nice and simple. I really didn’t have anything specific in mind but just that I wanted some flowers in a vase. I was blown away when I walked in and saw how beautiful and put together all of the decor was!! They did such a fantastic job. Third, the FOOOOOOOOD!!!!! Holy cow the food was absolutely incredible. I had multiple guests come up and state it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. And I have to agree. Fourth, the staff deserve so much praise and kudos for hosting us and doing it with grace and smiles on their faces. I cannot even begin to recommend PCB more than I already am if you’re wanting to host an event there. We love them and are so happy to have had them as a part of our story!!!“
