Walter Brewing is a true gem in Pueblo. The beer is absolutely fantastic — crisp, flavorful, and brewed with real passion. While I was there, I had my first slopper, a Pueblo must-try, and it did not disappoint!

A huge shoutout to Rosie and Jessica behind the bar — not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they also gave me the inside scoop on where to buy authentic Pueblo green chile peppers and even walked me through how to make chili. That kind of local hospitality made the visit even more memorable.

“I have DREAMS about the Alehouse Burger and their house Margaritas. I crave it daily and wish I could eat here everyday. Best burgers in town. I love Brues Alehouse.
