“My Wife and I went for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Brittney was our server. She did an amazing job! Made excellent recommendations that help make it a wonderful experience! When she found out it was our Anniversary, she made the meal very special! The food was truly amazing, the whole staff did a great job! And the prices were more than fair! Will definitely be back!”

Full review: Starting out with the Hostess: I didn’t catch her name, but I wish I did, she deserves a shout out just as much as Jacob and Alec. Her customer service skills were certainly on par! My Husband and I came in this evening, mind you it’s Valentine’s Day & We did not have a reservation and just intended to sit at the bar for some drinks. Luck would have it, there were two seats available at the bar that had just opened up. She didn’t turn us away, she was quick to make sure the area was cleaned and ready to serve, and did it all with a smile. The bartender: Jacob was simply fantastic! He clearly displayed exceptional knowledge of both menu nuances & and pride in craftsmanship of complex cocktails. His quality shines through for nothing short of a phenomenal experience for patrons lucky enough to enjoy it. We had really planned on just having drinks, but his descriptions & suggestions regarding the menu and preparations, sold us on the Valentine’s Day Special. No regrets! Followed his seasoned advice on both cocktails & dining selections and absolutely grateful for it. The drinks: Totally delicious, of the seasonal menu was very impressed with quality and subtle elements that made the Winter Sour, delectable. We also decided to take a chance & went with bartenders choice, and we were not disappointed! The Banana Daiquiri was top notch 10/10, tasted just like a banana cream pie! The food: Expertly crafted, well presented, and absolutely top notch quality! There was not a single element I could point to that was anything short of excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection, and sides were fantastic. Highly recommend the Wild Mushroom Risotto. The drinks complemented the quality and complexity of dishes extremely well! The management: When we arrived, noted the managers card and grabbed one. The intention was to thank him regarding the hostess and the accommodation considering it was Valentine’s Day. After the exceptional experience, was surprised to find him at the host station and realized had seen him hustling around all night supporting the wait and host staff. Good leaders lead from the front & Alec appears to be just that! He was gracious for the feedback and complementary to the staff members. In conclusion: Will absolutely return & while 21 Steak may err on the slightly more expensive side, for exceptional experience would absolutely trust the quality of the food & excellent customer service displayed by every team member we interacted with! Thank you 21 Steak & Team for the best meal we have enjoyed in our time in Pueblo! Definitely made this Valentine’s Day extra special for my husband and I!”

“The Pueblo Riverwalk is pristine & beautiful ….. when I walk it in the early morning about 8 am….. many of all ages are out walking, and there is a man out cleaning ….. the place is gorgeous ‼️ No trash, even the duck poo gets picked up. It is such a clean and safe place to walk.”

“Five of us ate here last night 6pm, and our first time eating Indian food. We had Samosa which was very good, Cheese/chili Naan, excellent, and then shared Lamb Vindaloo, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Misala and Chicken Curry all of which were excellent. Only thing I didn't care for was Pappadum which a friend had recommended and it was basically like a large tortilla chip. We'll definately come again.”

“Let's get real. this is the only bar that's stayed alive and open. Every other usually gets shut down. It has a good atmosphere. Only thing is you can be standing and waiting right in front of a bar tender and theyll help someone who walked up after you and you'll wait 20+ minutes it seems. Customer service definitely needs some work. Other then that it's a great place.”

“Food is okay which is totally fine because we took seven of us and wanted to dine cheaply. With 5 kids and two adults we paid just under $70Service is sporadic, usually great only at less busy times. Last time we went on Black Friday and it was just two of us. We were there almost two hours and over an hour of that was waiting for food. I still tipped well and left happy since we both brought a book.”

“This has got to be the worst restaurant in Pueblo. The last few times we have gone service has been horrible and twice they have "forgot" to put in our order. We decided to order foid to go for my daughter's 16th birthday today and that turned out to be worse. We irdered it at 2pm to picknup at 6pm since my girls both have soccer practice When my wife got there they told her that they didn't have crab legs. A seefood restaurant that doesn't have crab legs???? I guess 4 hours isn't enough time to let ys know this so we could do something different. I am done with this restaurant. I have wrote complaints and apparently the store owner amd manager don't care. It's no wonder the parking lot is always empty Oh and they say they can't refund our order. Guess time to get some legal involved”

My daughter annihilated her vanilla mini before I could even blink. My son loved the Cookcake and I thoroughly enjoyed "helping" him eat the cream cheese icing. I appreciated the smaller kids table and chairs with the bookshelf behind it - definitely a thoughtful touch! And the lemon cupcake? So refreshing. It was my son's birthday and our to-go bag had the cutest birthday sticker! Totally enjoyed. Highly recommend. Will be back.”

(Only place all night that got her order right all night) Bartender was very friendly and the vibe was perfect! CASH ONLY but they do have an ATM. Prices were pretty cheap. They also have a pool table and a jukebox. I’m not sure if they have a typical food menu, saw a sign for pizza and sliders. We will be coming back for our next date night as soon as we can get a babysitter again.”

“Went there for dinner last night, Lemon Chicken and Beef Chow Mien with Egg Rolls. The food was delicious, the portions were huge and the service was great. There was so much food that we wound up bringing the leftovers home for lunch today. I’ve been to other Chinese restaurants in town and paid much more for far less. Our server, a lovely woman with a British accent, was awesome. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.”

“Nana’s BBQ catering our retirement party at the Pueblo West Eagles was flawless and such a pleasure. Wendy made everything so easy for us. Wendy set it all up and cleaned it all up. Wendy was so helpful and took all the stress off. The food was all awesome.! The meats, pulled pork, tri-tip, brisket were soooo tasty.! The sides, macaroni & cheese, coleslaw, pickles, all fresh and tasty. The bbq sauce was very good but the meats were great even without the sauce. We definitely got what we paid for and much more.! “Nice, clean restaurant with very friendly service. The spring rolls were excellent except that the rice wrappers were a little chewy. We had a shrimp noodle bowl and a beef noodle bowl. Both were very good, but had more noodles than veggies. The beef was of excellent quality. Prices were a little high, and perhaps lunch specials could be added.”

“Haven't been here for a long time. Looks the same other than the pool table is gone. Still clean and hospitable atmosphere. Waitresses and bartender staff are very friendly and do a great job. My only complaints are that the men's bathroom wreaked of urine. It desperately needs a good cleaning and sanitizing. Also, in front of the building, along the street, there are a bunch of big chunks of concrete that are a tripping hazard. They need to be removed, and the damaged area needs repairs.”

Stopped by Ruby Tuesday and had a really good experience. The salad bar was fresh with a great variety to choose from. The fried mushrooms were pretty good too. Service was excellent — friendly, fast, and made us feel welcome. Definitely a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal.”

I like coming to the restaurant because it is rustic and because the food is good I do not want to come to a place that is woke. But today I got so sad because when I'm about to order today, their prices increased too much, like for the California Burrito it used to be $9, now it's $15. The Meals that used to be $14, it's almost $20 now.. I understand the economy now a days but I think almost doubling the price is crazy.”
