I picked up an order here for my son's b-day (he's a bit of a coffee nerd) and while we both enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, they missed part of our order. Thankfully, it wasn't a birthday ruining loss and we were refunded for the inconvenience. All things considered, we'll def give this place another shot in the future.
Clean with adequate seating. Prices seem higher than necessary. Staff are extremely impatient and seem frustrated by questions. They forget orders and become hostile when asked about it. Waited 40 min for a bagel.

The coffee is great. I worked here though and the ow er that runs the shop was extremely abusive to his employees. I only lasted a couple of weeks. I couldn't take it. And frankly we were all terrified of him. Edit: This was the founder. I don't know if there is new management.
