I've gotten the Pueblo Mocha a few times in the past year. I enjoy that little spice but this last one I got was downright disgusting. The amount of chili in this was upsetting considering these cups of coffee are not on the cheap side. What's worse is I got my Dad one to try too, in hopes he would like solar roast as well. But that Pueblo Mocha was undrinkable.
I picked up an order here for my son's b-day (he's a bit of a coffee nerd) and while we both enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, they missed part of our order. Thankfully, it wasn't a birthday ruining loss and we were refunded for the inconvenience. All things considered, we'll def give this place another shot in the future.

This place used to be awesome. I’m a native and came all the time. Every Time I’m back in town I stop at the northern location and without fail they mess up my order every single time. The customer service is terrible. The young girls do not apologize for messing up orders after you wait in line for 20 minutes. The trash is overflowing outside. The food quality has plummeted as well. Sad to see this.

The coffee is great. I worked here though and the ow er that runs the shop was extremely abusive to his employees. I only lasted a couple of weeks. I couldn't take it. And frankly we were all terrified of him.
Edit: This was the founder. I don't know if there is new management.

Best veggie breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. My husband is obsessed w maple and really enjoyed the macchiato!
burrito was decent. Prices kind of high for a small burrito. Would recommend that they provide napkins with food orders.

They forgot our bagels so that's the 3 stars. The mocha granita was super good. Something to have like twice a year! I'd like to know the fat and calorie content.
