My husband & I went to el nopal for the first time for their show in July and we had a great time! The food was really good - it wasn't greasy at all. The drinks were great as well. The shows they put on are awesome for a night out :) I would definitely recommend going LOL. Shoutout to the owners for doing all they do to provide entertainment and keep the restaurant going like they do. Keep it up!

El Nopal Restaurant | Mexican offers authentic and flavorful Mexican cuisine that keeps customers coming back. The menu features favorites like chicken enchiladas, beef flauta, green chili, and Mexican pizza, all praised for their delicious taste. Many reviewers note that the food remains tasty and authentic, with recipes that date back to Mexico from the early/mid-1900s, adding a distinctive touch. The atmosphere is enhanced by great music and entertaining shows, making it a popular spot for a fun night out. The staff is described as nice and courteous, providing good service. However, some guests have expressed disappointment over certain changes, such as chips and salsa no longer being complimentary, and the quality of chips and guacamole not being as good as before. Despite these issues, the overall experience is positive, and many highlight their long-standing loyalty and fond memories of the restaurant. El Nopal continues to be a beloved place for authentic Mexican food and enjoyable entertainment in Colorado.
