Jorge's Sombrero | Mexican is a hidden gem in Bessemer and a delicious gem in Pueblo for many years. The atmosphere is wonderful, vibrant, friendly, and full of great energy. The service is excellent, with a hostess who gives a charming and professional greeting, and bartenders and servers who take good care of guests. The food is amazing, top-tier, truly delicious, and authentic. The salsa is a game changer. Plate is filled to capacity. Specific meals include Chile Rellenos, Chile ghost relleno, chicken enchiladas, posole, and Menudo. Margaritas are good but strong. A little pricy but very worth it because of the buy one get one free on Sundays. The order ahead process for carry out is seamless. It is a very family friendly restaurant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a 10/10 dining experience.
