I just want to say, the employees here are WONDERFUL! So kind and willing to accommodate any needs I have. Always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy! They certainly deserve some credit.

Starbucks Coffee Company provides a consistently superb and perfect cup of coffee, including a plain dark roast, with friendly service at all times. The atmosphere is appreciated and plenty of good merch is available. Specific items like the iced white chocolate mocha are favorites. The employees are often described as very thoughtful, caring, empathetic, and generous, sometimes going out of their way to make visits more comfortable, which significantly enhances the experience.
However, service can be inconsistent. At times, the staff struggles with being attentive and able, especially during busy periods like a Sunday morning, leading to long waits even for simple orders. The store can sometimes seem a little dirty, and baristas may appear distracted. While the team often pulls together in the end, delays and variable service speed are noted. Despite this, the people and their service frequently top the charts for many visitors.
