just ordered a door dash order through them. made it a meal for an extra 5$ and all I got was a drink did not not receive my pizza. rip off to get food here
I come to this Fazoli's all the time, and I just wanted to say, HUGE shoutout to Anthony. It was in the middle of a rush when I arrived but his service was absolutely fantastic, he was able to clear the line and get me my food in a timely manner. Will be coming here for many more years to come.
Went through the drive-through there was only one other car in front of me. Ordered one sub sandwich. It has been 33 minutes and I still have not received my sandwich. Will not be back! This is ridiculous.
