One of the best places for Japanese food in Pueblo. We’ve ordered their sushi a few times and have been nothing but satisfied. We came in today on St Patrick’s Day and service was slow with the amount of people in the store. It took awhile for our order to be taken and to be seated. We ordered miso soup and a unagi roll which were pretty good. The miso soup was a little bland but wasn’t bad. It tasted watered down compared to other miso soups I’ve had. Great restaurant, with incredibly fast service. I usually bring my patience when I decide to go get sushi but I was pleasantly surprised to get my food ~10 minutes after ordering. The sushi itself was also delicious. I had a Las Vegas roll and a yellowtail hand roll and both were great. I found the pricing to be reasonable. The atmosphere is casual and family friendly
