I live in Denver and anytime I’m in Pueblo I visit Burrito Betty. At the beginning it was delicious. Not now. The green chili is not the same, the potatoes are mushy. It’s just not the same. I can only assume they have changed the recipe and maybe using cheaper ingredients.
Take one good look at my first bite of breakfast!!! A HUGE ROCK was in my beef, bean, and green chili burrito!!!! What's bad is that I did not cause a big scene, I courteously notified the Boss of what happened and instead of being a REAL Professional about it, all I got was RUDE, UNCARING, UNAPOLOGETICALLY horrible attitude followed by unanswered phone calls, pictures, and phone calls. We ate here daily, now I am DISGUSTED everytime I drive by, remember my "fun" time at the dentist...read full review
