“It’s ice cream, so it’s pretty straightforward, but overall the customer service is decent. Two things though, closing the lobby, so early and forcing cars into the drive-through, where they back up towards the street is going to cause an accident. And secondly, whoever was packing ice cream tonight, truly packed this pint terribly. Compressed, this was probably helpful. Kind of a letdown.“

“The woman working behind the counter around 1:30 today was awesome. Things got busy for her and she kept a positive attitude, answered question and was speedy. I feel you need another hand at this time as it got busier as I left. I would have spent more but I didn't want to take more of her time.“
