“Clean ingredients and quality you can taste! We had a Cookcake, 2 Mini Cupcakes, and then got a Cupcake to go. The carrot cake was absolutely divine. My daughter annihilated her vanilla mini before I could even blink. My son loved the Cookcake and I thoroughly enjoyed "helping" him eat the cream cheese icing. I appreciated the smaller kids table and chairs with the bookshelf behind it - definitely a thoughtful touch! And the lemon cupcake? So refreshing. It was my son's birthday and our to-go bag had the cutest birthday sticker! Totally enjoyed. Highly recommend. Will be back.“

“We eat out a lot and all over the country, so when I say this place gets 5 stars across the board, I mean it! Great Slopper. My wife loves her Ranch Water and the home made pretzel with Pueblo cheese sauce was off the charts good.
Top it off with amazing service and both my kids (8 and 14) LOVING their meals, we will be back and I hope you come here with your family.

“I go every week/biweekly at least! I love the Chicano, my fiancé always gets the turkey popper on a cheddar bagel with a cheddar cheese. He always gets the piña colada boba and I typically get an iced caramel crème latte. Today I decided to get the honeydew boba with oat milk and it is absolutely delightful. He said “now I only want that” it’s one of the things I look forward too the most!“

The staff was friendly, short wait on a busy Saturday (during state fair too). Got drinks and enjoyed them on the patio with a great view while we waited for our table.
Beer was delicious, maybe a little steep on price- but treat yourself right?
The food was amazing. My friend got the burger and loved it and I got the vegan Asian wraps and they were delicious!! I loved that they had vegan options and more than just one! :) thank you thank you from the whole vegan community.
They have a bakery- also awesome. Vegan options and regular. Very clearly states what has dairy / eggs/ etc. would definitely come back when I'm in the area!

“Absolutely loved everything about Adolfo's! From the incredibly delicious food, to wonderful service, and a nice clean restaurant! The most AMAZING green sauce I've ever had! We came from the State Fair after the place we were originally going to eat at was closed (due to a misunderstanding on our end) and we decided to stop here and did not regret it one bit! We may have another favorite location anytime we visit Pueblo!“

“I recommend because the pizza is usually good and we don’t have a problem. But, today we ordered and our pizzas looked as if the delivery guy flipped them all around! They were a mess! The toppings were all over the place, they looked awful! I called and spoke to the manager who apologized and refunded our order. Whoever delivered was unprofessional! The pizzas tonight, yuck!“
