First time there and Ryan was great at taking care of us and torri made great drinks well worth the price food was amazing
had a lovely steak dinner. steaks are prepared sous vide rather than direct heat, VERY juicy & tender. top drawer service. prices are reasonable given cost & service. I'll go back soon.

Chop is a steakhouse located inside the student center of the community college. While the location may be hard to find and not what one would expect for such a nice steakhouse, it is worth the hunt. The steaks are prepared sous vide rather than direct heat, making them VERY juicy and tender. The food and service are top notch. The 16 oz steak and Blue crab salad are HUGE. The Au gratin potatoes are also a must-try. Prices are reasonable given the cost and service. The sunset, piano music, and fixtures add to the experience.
