The genuine hospitality we felt was so heartwarming, especially in this day and age! we were there for the cheese wheel experience which surpassed the buildup I had envisioned! I chose the lobster and was so pleased to see the incredibly generous portion, which ended up with lobster in every bite complemented by the savory Parmesan cream and perfect pasta! The creative, unique cocktails were an exciting change from the same old, same old and the wine with dinner the perfect pairing! You have created an enchanting experience and We will be back!“

“Has to be the coolest restaurant we’ve ever been in. The military nostalgia atmosphere makes it worth the trip and the food is excellent. My wife loves the fish and chips while I’m always in for the NY strip which is cooked to perfection. Sit inside the Texas Air National Guard’s retired midair tanker or have a seat in the restaurant, not a bad area, anywhere. The staff is friendly and their attire goes right along with their signature message upon seating you: “Enjoy your flight!”“

“WOW!!! Another One Of Our "GO-TO" Restaurants This restaurant has become one of our "GO-TO" restaurants when we come to or go through Colorado Springs. It is very conveniently located in the newer area on the north end of Colorado Springs. The food is fabulous and the menu feature of 1/2 sandwich and soup is just right for a light meal. The Monte Cristo sandwich is done perfectly!!! The chicken tender salad is always a favorite of my wife. Marie was on duty that evening - Leadship On Duty!!! Marie came by our table several times and when I see the leadership working the crowd it speaks volumes for the entire operation. Kirsti took care of our table and she frequently came by to make sure the food and service met our satisfaction. WOW!!! A super nice evening with great food, great service, and attention to detail. Marie and Kirsti - you are the best!!!“

“My first visit! Wow! A friend and I enjoyed breakfast here this morning! Everything was amazing!! We had Eggs Benedict and East Coast Scramble. Food was hot, cooked perfectly, tasted great, and there was plenty of it! Service from Tia Lynn was excellent.“

“DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I used Garden of the Gods Catering & Events for my wedding earlier this month and it was a disaster from the beginning. My trouble starts back in July when I tried to get ahold of someone to change my dinner time. It took over two months and me reaching out to general phone numbers and emails to get ahold of someone, mind you I had already paid in full so I couldn't back out or else I would have. Turns out the gal I was in contact with no longer works for the company. It came down to less than two weeks before my wedding day that I finally was able to get in touch with someone. When I hadn’t heard anything from the gal I had spoken to in the couple days prior over the phone, I emailed the general events@ email. I get an email after expressing my deep concern for my catering order in general saying “Hi, I emailed you yesterday. Did you not get it?”. Obviously if I’m reaching out, I didn’t receive anything, right? I thought we were good to go once I had a phone call and other email exchange with the gal that was taking over my day. I thought I would be able to brush communication mishap under the rug. Cut to dinner time on my wedding day. I realize it is far past the arrival time on my contract & dinner was supposed to be getting set up more than 30 mins ago. After frantically calling and sending an email, it took my father to go out & see if he could find the caterers down the road to learn that the truck has been stuck. I then get an email saying “I tried to email you”. How did that email go through but the first one didn’t? Then another email saying “I tried calling”. I had been at this lodge for 2 nights at this point had zero trouble with service or getting calls/texts/emails through. We also had two different caterers and a rental service come to the lodge also with zero service/communication difficulties. Because of this failure of communication, we ate dinner far later than planned, the food was cold & rolls hard as rocks. This also meant other parts of the wedding were pushed, causing my photographer to have to stay longer than the contract. I sent an email to the gals I had been in touch with and still have yet to get an email or phone call back.“

Only issue I had was the mayo and mustard was left off my sandwich but it didn't matter it showed me how yummy it was without it. Love the fact there were stickers out to add toy water bottle. “Heya so I wondered in here and man the food is good ! The owner.. I think I talked to the owner / Chef . Very intense, big accent . No disrespect but I have a hearing problem and the place is loud ! Like no joke ! It’s expensive so I would assume their clients are a bit older, so loud heavy accent, Intense! the dude is obviously passionate, but man! Odd choice.. w the loud music and super intense presentation. again the food ! Crazy goood the soup to die for etc.

“Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!“

“We took our kids to the Cheyenne mountain zoo and chose to stay at the Marriott. No one told us the zoo was up hill both ways, but it was beautiful. After deciding we were too tired to go out we had dinner at Ascent. Our server Cameron was fantastic and very polite. We were surprised at the portions and the food was very good. The bar looked amazing, even though we did not drink that day. We ordered our first Bison Burger. It was amazing! We had it cooked medium well. It turned out fantastic. Our waiter. Nick was on point, he was courteous, friendly, helpful. He was amazing overall. This is definitely a 5 star place in my book!“
