“Yesterday I tried a BBQ place, Mission BBQ on Interquest, let me tell you, very good place, to all my Colorado friends, try it! They honor America, veteran, and first responders! This place is amazing, I had to walk around looking at the walls for a good 15 minutes before ordering! There is photos and patches of all different people from every branch of service and first responders! Very cool! The best part! At noon, everyone stands with their hand on their hearts singing the National Anthem! Fantastic! I will recommend Mission BBQ to family and friends!“

The customer service is great too! We had a sweet lady help us, and she gave us a sample too!
There is plenty of seating, and a small bar where you can get toppings and sauce for your food. There is also a party room in the back if you wanted to reserve a lot of seating. 10/10!!“

“Build your plate. I had brisket, hot links, okra and fries. This is the best restaurant okra I’ve ever had. Being from Mississippi, I know fried okra. The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. The staff is great and the place is clean. I will definitely be back. You can’t miss with this place.“

“My family and I recently visited Texas T-Bone Steakhouse and Famous Dave’s in Colorado Springs, and it was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a very long time.
One of the reasons we chose your restaurant is because my daughter has severe celiac disease, and finding places that offer truly safe and thoughtful gluten-free options can be challenging. We were thrilled to discover your dedicated gluten-free menu, and the food was outstanding.
What made the experience exceptional, however, was Assistant Manager Mark.
Mark took the time to come to our table, learn about our situation, and offer thoughtful recommendations. Because his own family has experience with gluten issues, he was able to share helpful suggestions for other gluten-free restaurants in Colorado Springs as well as products we could order online. It was immediately clear that he genuinely understood the challenges families like ours face.
Throughout our visit, he checked on us several times, made us feel welcome, answered questions, and treated us with a level of kindness and care that went far beyond what anyone would expect. He made our family feel seen, not just served.
At the end of our meal, after we’d attacked the fantastic gluten-free brownie + I’ve cream Mark recommended, he even provided a coupon for a future visit, which was incredibly generous, but honestly, his hospitality alone would have guaranteed we’d be back.
The food was fantastic, but people are what create loyal customers, and Mark is exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have representing its brand. Please make sure he receives recognition for the outstanding job he is doing.
Our family left feeling cared for, valued, and grateful. We will absolutely be returning.

“Was a bit of a trick to find (is hidden in the corner of the buildings), but the food was spot-on from what remember from Daegu and Seoul Korea (though they didn't have whole-clove garlic onthe tables, which I kinda missed lol)...definitely give a 9/10 :)“

“GO! So happy I was finally able to try this place. The place was clean, staff was friendly, they had non stop business happening and most importantly for was AMAZING! I got the mini plate with Hawaiian BBQ chicken. It was more food than I expect for $11.19. 1 scoop of rice and Mac salad, veggies and three large pierce of chicken. One thing I could recommend was the veggies could be cooked a bit longer. Can’t wait to be back!“

“Went here with friends to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The lady has Celiac disease, so cross contamination is very important to her. The waiter was made aware of this, and went above and beyond to make sure that her experience was good. He did an excellent job of informing the kitchen staff, and as a result she had an excellent experience.
As for the rest of us, we got our food and it was cooked to perfection.
Bourbon Brothers is a tad on the pricey side, but it was worth every penny.“

“I visited longhorn last night... The bar area was clean and all the service workers were awesome!
After being seated and ordering my ribeye and shrimp, I discovered that my food was not cooked to the specifications I had given.
However Balinda the manager was happy to help out in any way she could,
Apologetically... she had my food redone,it was a beautiful experience they were all very nice.
Servers were awesome, impeccable service at that location I've never been to longhorn before but I will be back again 😁“
