“I popped in yesterday, and they had a band playing some really cool country/rock tunes. The lady behind the bar was very friendly and you can tell she loves her job. Felt welcome and almost felt like I'd known her and the manager for years! Not the case but you catch my drift. The whole atmosphere was comfortable. Had a small dance with one of the locals and some good old conversations with some others. The drinks were very reasonable cost wise. Next time I'll check out the food, but as you can tell I'll definitely be back. Think this may become my favourite watering hole!!“

For first I came alone for a dinner and to drink one cocktail. Server Ryan was great he understood my English and did not even show that my accent is horrible, then I make an order and in few minutes he brings me a cocktail ( it was not what I want, I mean it was too strong for me) so I ask to add some ice or juice. He did it and then he ask me again how is that, and when he saw on my face that I am still not happy with my choice, he take it and give me another one. Great service! I ordered Alfredo pasta, OH MY GOOOD(like from TV show friends) it is so delicious! I will come back for Blueberry mojito and Pasta Alfredo.“

“My family and I have been coming to this Red Robin ever since we moved to Highlands Ranch in 2006. It’s one of my favorite restaurants and I always seem to find myself craving their food (it’s actually been kind of a problem for my waistline and wallet lol).
Service is almost always stellar. Never have to wait very long for food to come out. Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery orders are packaged and prepared carefully. Plenty of seating options even when it’s packed. Wait times for tables have rarely been egregious.
I can count on one hand the bad experiences my family and I have had there … but even during these, management has been genuinely apologetic and more than willing to do whatever it took to make it right.
Red Robin has been a staple of celebration, comfort, and relaxation throughout most of my life … and I’m always happy to support all the hardworking, friendly, and professional staff there.“

My daughter did not like the sour cream on her side of potatoes so the manager came by and made here a new order (without sour cream) right away.
