I haven't had all the items on the menu, I haven't been served by every server, I haven't spent time at the bar. So Moe, why the 5 star review? Because as a fat guy, I take few things as seriously as fried chicken and Castle Cafe had the best restaurant fried chicken in Colorado. Period. The sides are their incredible home made rolls. Without hyperbole, this was one of the most satisfying burgers I have had in a long time. I live up in Denver and will happily drive back down here anytime to have it again. On top of that, the fries were impeccable and the rolls were out of this world. Coming back soon.
