“These guys are growing in popularity and deserve it! They managed to keep afloat as both a new restaurant AND during covid. Today, they've grown repeat customers and have remained consistent with a strong BBQ menu with a good variety of drinks and desserts.“

“My wife and I finally went here on the recommendation of a friend. Pretty much everything that most everyone says about this place is accurate. It's small, it's old, and the menu's limited. With that said, it might have been the best cheeseburger I've ever had. As I think about it...it's somewhat like the cheeseburger at Billy Goat's Tavern in Chicago. That's the place that inspired the old "cheeseboyga...cheeseboyga" skit on the original Saturday Night Live. Also a "chips...no fries" place.Some individuals have reported that there's an elderly crowd of regulars which dominate the place. Those folks were there, but they were as friendly as possible. No complaints. We're "locals," but not "regulars." For us, the service speed was just fine. It's a "grab a table and sit down" place. The server found us in about two or three minutes.I was able to get a shot and a beer pretty quickly, along with the double cheeseburger that they're famous for.We're adding it to our regular circuit of Castle Rock vicinity places.PS: With two burgers, a beer, a shot, and a Mike's for my wife, the bill was about the least we've spent for a meal in a long time.“

“After driving past for five years, we finally took the plunge and jumped in. Where have you been all my life? Terrific food, outstanding service, fair prices, plus real "homemade" desserts. We've dined both breakfast and lunch. So much good stuff, it's hard to decide. AND, they will make it YOUR way, if you don't see what you want [substitute beans for potatoes; substitute green chili for sausage gravy]. You want it; they'll fix it.“

“Benedict's are probably of the highest quality here, but I still prefer B&B. Surprisingly Trestels has the best biscuits and gravy in town. Trestles is the best seafood and probably the best overall dinner spot in Castle Rock and inside of 30 minutes from my home. I love Trestles :-)“

“This was my second time going to Sierra. I remember I enjoyed this place the first time after I had a second incredible experience. The staff is very tentative and friendly. I sat in the bar area for lunch on a Friday and it was not very crowded around the bar. The decor is sleek and the views are cool in their own way (not a view of the mountains). I started with the Ahi Tuna Crisps - Sushi Grade Tuna, topped with jalepeno slice on a blanket of guac that sat on top a crispy tortilla chip. SO GOOD! Next, was the Mini Chili Relleno - A crispy egg roll type of wrapping with cheese and relleno peppers inside. Crispy and gooey with some heat! SO GOOD! Ceasar Salad with Chicken - It was pretty good - Nothing too special about it. The chicken on top came out hot and I would have preferred the chicken cold instead of on top of cold lettuce. Ceasar dressing was okay. Finally, The RIbs! Wow! These things were so good! They were recommended by one of the bar tenders and she was not lying! She told me that they marinade them for 48 hours! Whatever they did to them they turned out amazing. I was pretty full so I took the other half home...Just ate it for dinner (warmed up in the airfryer). Almost better the second time! Get these things! Wait! I forgot....The cornbread with the ribs......PHENOMENAL!! Go check this place out, its a great spot!“

Upon our arrival, we were met with a rather unpleasant encounter with the hostess. Her demeanor was less than welcoming, and to add insult to injury, we were informed of an excessively long wait for a table. This was far from the relaxed brunch experience we were hoping for.Disheartened yet determined, we decided to change course and venture into Tino's Kitchen instead. This decision turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately, a stark contrast to our earlier encounter.The star of the show at Tino's was undoubtedly the food. The Huevos Rancheros were exceptional, easily the best I've had in recent memory. The flavors were bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Each bite was a testament to the skill and dedication of the kitchen staff.But the food was only half of the wonderful experience at Tino's. The hospitality was equally commendable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a memorable dining experience.To top it all off, as we were finishing our meal at Tino's, I received a text message from Snooze informing us that our table would be ready in another 30 minutes to an hour. This only reaffirmed our belief that we made the right decision by coming to Tino's Kitchen.I can't recommend Tino's Kitchen enough. “The food was alright... it was steady,busy. The menudo was good, but I've had better. I took a bite of my daughters shrimp tacos, they were really tasty! I suggest with the amount of people they have coming in and out, they should have a double door, it was cold and windy out and we felt it, every time that door opened. If I'm ever in that area of town, I'll visit again.Wheelchair accessibility: My mom was in a wheelchair and the spot they had for us was not the best! Too much foot traffic.“

“Why have I not discovered this place sooner? My husband and I went today at the recommendation of a friend. It was fantastic. We split a rack of ribs. They were meaty, smoky, lean -- excellent in every way. We loved the original/traditional bbq sauce. For sides, I had the hand cut fries which may be the best fries in Denver. I love fresh, not frozen, fries, and they were seasoned perfectly. My husband raved about the green chili and the potato salad he had. This place is going into at least a tie for our favorite bbq restaurant in the area!“

“We're regulars at this place. The food is consistently great. The service is always awesome. Carri, our server, was exceptional. She anticipated every need and was wonderful with our kids. There is also another server that kind of looks like a young George Lucas. He's awesome as well.We recommend the fried chicken dinner, the pulled pork sandwich, Korean bimbimbap, and the fried chicken sandwich. You can't go wrong with anything here. Just make sure you reserve your table a day in advance. They are always packed.“

“Great spot for vegetarians! They have a ramen menu behind the counter with a veg miso broth option and a signature veggie poke bowl. “Highly recommend this place, they have great lunch deals that you cannot beat. We spent $31 on 2 rolls and a lunch box. The rolls came with a choice of either soup or salad and the lunch box came with both. Totally exceeds expectations and comes with way more food than what it seems like. I recommend the shrimp tempura roll, the spicy salmon roll was really good also.“
