“My husband and I are very loyal customers to Hungry Goat! We visit at least once a month, sometimes more. Food is great! The drinks are even better! (Especially the espresso martini!) The staff is always so kind and friendly. Unfortunately though, lately we have been disappointed. We have ordered the Steak and Frites and more times than not, we have received a steak that has a lot of fat on it. Today, my husbands steak was half fat. I couldn’t believe it was even served to us.. we love this place so much and it’s been really disappointing.“

“I am so impressed with this place. We were visiting Bailey from Denver and stopped here to catch up with old friends. First, our server was over the top friendly, attentive and conversational. The atmosphere was laid back, mildly noisy with the sound of happy, well fed people.

Our friends each ordered the fried chicken sandwich (and from the looks of them, I'm gonna try one next time). My wife had a wondrous Reuben with a side of house made cole slaw.

I tried the 'New Mexican' burger—a half pound of fresh, perfectly cooked beef on grilled sourdough with a slab of poblano pepper, pepper jack cheese and fried onions. Out of this world. I subbed onion rings, which were some of the best I've ever had. A small side of green chile elevated the whole thing.

Our server brought everyone a second round of drinks on the house, and then talked us into dessert—something from a 'secret' menu—a huge tray of zeppoles (fried dough sprinkled with powdered sugar)—with four dipping sauces: chocolate, honey, berry and caramel.

“We usually eat at Locals about once or twice a week because, quite honestly, the food is incredibly good. Service is also. This past Sunday we had a small gathering at our house and decided to have Evergreen Local cater the event. We had the Baked Ziti, one with meatballs and one just cheese, garlic bread, antipasto salad and for dessert we served the cannoli. Everything was so delicious and everyone enjoyed the food. Not only did they make the meal, it was delivered also so we had time for our friends. Next time you have a party and want real Italian food like my late Sicilian mother made, go to Evergreen Locals Pizza. It's so much more than that!“

The hot and sour soup is delicious, kind of on the sweeter side but add some hot oil and it'll be perfect! The egg rolls are delicious, especially with the sweet & sour sauce and hot mustard combo! Crab Rangoons were delicious too, perfectly crispy and full of filling and flavor! The chicken is good quality and the teriyaki beef is tender and some of the best teriyaki sauce I've ever had! For everything it was ~$62 for 2 of us, so the prices aren't bad either. Definitely check this place out if you're in Evergreen, CO!“

“We went there on Labor Day. They had a server who quit as soon as they opened. The teamwork was absolutely astonishing the way everyone worked together. You had cooks out there taking orders. A line going out the door. And the service was still AMAZING. They had true passion for their company and just all around a great crew. Their food was great. We got two pizza’s and two pounds of wings which were delicious, highly recommended. This place has an amazing atmosphere, great beers on taps, and phenomenal food. We will definitely be going back.
