Fast and efficient service. Food is made to order and you can sit in the sun on a picnic table or they bring it to your car while you wait. We had the sausage breakfast burrito, smothered in green chili and a Sophie's Special smothered. Both delicious and we devoured them after a xcountry ski day above Grant. This food truck is one of the best I've ever been to. I've eaten here at least 10 times. The fact that they're only open Fri -Sun makes me want to get a breakfast burrito at least every weekend because I crave them all week. The green chili is just spicy enough but not so bad to burn the mouth. I always devour my bacon/egg bf burrito. Try them! You'll love it.
