Los 3 Garcias Mexican Restaurant is a single-floor restaurant located in the corner of the walkway in the Conifer / Aspen Park community, with parking in the front or back side area and a building and sign visible from hwy 285. The venue has table, booth and bar seatings, divided dining areas, a bar area to eat or drink, and televisions in different dining areas. The decor is Mexican with lots of fountains as decorations, and there is room for a wheelchair to navigate. The wait staff and service are great, friendly, prompt, and attentive. The food is consistently good, though not as flavorful as some places. A single fajita plate feeds two people with leftovers. The flan has good taste of caramel and texture. The horchata drink is fine, and the chips and salsa are fine. However, the prices are high and do not match the venue or upkeep. There is broken decorative tile, and the food tasted weird with ingredients that didn’t taste right. Combination plates are lumped together like slop on a plate. Guacamole and sour cream are $3 and $2 extra. Extra chips and extra tortillas cost extra. The water tastes like it is from an unfiltered tap. Despite this, the eating companion enjoyed the seafood enchilada with the shrimp. Los 3 Garcias is the best choice for Mexican dining in Conifer and a great meeting spot.
