“We quite enjoy this restaurant and come back often. I would say that the only downside is the presence of TVs in every room. Personally, I'm too easily drawn to movement in my periphery, so I've always found it distracting from the intimate experience of sharing a meal with my family or/or friends, to have a TV in the room.Vegetarian options: They exist, but they still feel as though they were crafted by someone who doesn't eat them. Inventive, but like the spinach enchiladas seem to have large lumps of spinach with no sauce that tasted a little bit like either it hadn't been washed or was washed in a kitchen sink or something? I don't know. It wasn't bad but it was much better once I separated the spinach in my leftovers out, lightly rinsed it, then lightly sauteed with their green pablano and jalapeno sauce (which was amazing) from another dish, before recombining with their enchilada leftovers. Lots of potential, but their meat dishes are much better.“

“We had a party of 9 people. The menu was enormous and we all loved our food. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The decorations were authentic, and a nice gentleman came to play guitar and sing songs for us in Spanish. I'm a vegetarian, and I was excited to see that there was an entire section of vegetarian choices (probably about 10 options), instead of the typical 1-3 options that I've seen at many restaurants. We all said we'd love to go back there sometime.“

“My wife and I stopped in here for Valentine's Day. We saw very good reviews in recent months and thought it was time to visit. We were not disappointed. It is just down the street from us, but we hadn't had a chance to check it out since it became Mexico Lindo. As others have said, do NOT let the fact it is next to a gas station dissuade you whatsoever. The food was excellent! The flavors of everything we had were vibrant and varied. I don't honestly know the difference between Mexican food and Tex-Mex (as others in these reviews say they do), but some have said this is true Mexican. The atmosphere is similar to the previous place, but they have switched up the paintings, the pottery, and the wall of birthday photos has disappeared. It was nice to go to a place where the heat is actually on. It was warm and cozy. There are still about 8 booths and several tables with wood and ceramic tiling. To start, one nice thing here is in addition to salsa and chips they also provided a warm and creamy bean and queso dip. We polished that off in a blink of an eye. Very good!My wife had the Mole Enchiladas and I had the Enchiladas Divorciadas (especially loved the Culichi sauce). We also had a 1/2 carafe of sangria. If the prices seem a little high to some people it is because you get huge portions (we ate half and took half home). Even so, prices here are on par with most quality restaurants post-Covid. Again, the flavors of all the dishes were vibrant and interesting to us.For dessert we had the flan. Their flan might be a little bigger portion than what we have had elsewhere and just the right sweetness and consistency. We definitely plan to go back. Their dine-in menu is quite extensive. The waitress was very personable and friendly as was the hostess. Since it was Valentine's Day they filled up while we were there (we got there around 4:30 p.m.) though we did not have to wait to be seated at that time of day.We highly recommend this eatery whether you are local to Conifer or passing through to or from the mountains or Denver.Vegetarian options: Although we did not have any of the vegetarian options there is a separate section on the menu with them. You may want to check with them as to which sauces might include pork (if any)?Dietary restrictions: You may want to call them concerning gluten-free and other options. I did not note what options (if any) they had.Parking: Most of the parking is in front of the restaurant and near the gas pumps (perpendicular to rt. 285), but there is more parking on the other side (the south side) of the gas pumps and building.Kid-friendliness: This is a family-oriented restaurant and we did see a couple of kids during our visit, but since it was Valentine's Day it was mostly adult couples.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the ground floor. There are no stairs inside or outside and the front door is standard width (I assume wheelchair accessible).“

“Fast and efficient service. Food is made to order and you can sit in the sun on a picnic table or they bring it to your car while you wait. We had the sausage breakfast burrito, smothered in green chili and a Sophie's Special smothered. Both delicious and we devoured them after a xcountry ski day above Grant. A husband and wife duo do everything. They seem very nice and genuinely concerned that you enjoy. Located in Pine Junction at THE traffic signal. Prices are great. Oh yah, we had a churro too. Fresh and yummy. Not quite as good as from a street vendor in Mexico City but not bad for back country Colorado. I think we were out the door for less than $30 total.“

“By far, the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. The Big Kahuna burger was perfect! Our server, Shayla, was spot on with everything. Never once did we have to flag her down for anything. Quiet atmosphere, but it was definitely worth the drive from Highlands Ranch. Great job! ?“

“I ate lunch here with a few of my colleagues for a holiday meal. The Morrison Inn is located in downtown Morrison at the corner of Bear Creek Ave and Stone St. The first thing I noticed about this place was how clean it is! Overall, the restaurant has a nice vibe. We sat at a table next to the front window. I liked how there were curtains to block the rays of the sun. Our waitress was very friendly and offered fantastic service. I ordered the steak fajitas. It comes with the standard Mexican fried ride, sour cream, and pico de gallo. They also provide you with complimentary chips and salsa. I liked the chips and salsa. My steak fajitas were very good. What I enjoyed a lot about this meal was that it didn't leave me feeling stuffed or overstuffed. I felt it was plenty of food for one meal. One of my friends ordered the fried ice cream. I wanted to pass on dessert. However, we shared the fried ice cream. It's plenty for three people. Loved the taste of cinnamon in the dessert. I recommend getting this dessert and splitting it amongst your lunch or dinner party. It's a wonderful treat to booked a good meal. Overall, thumbs up from me. I enjoyed my dining experience here. I would definitely return. If you haven't been, check it out sometime.“
