Wonderful service and special orders for the grandchildren.
Food was delicious. Very nice and clean authentic atmosphere. We will definitely come again.
Nice roadside restaurant. Easy access from road, shared parking lot with a gas station. Lunch menu had good portions without being too much.
Table Salsa was solid but the Guacamole was fresh and great (may need a second basket of chips)

Mexico Lindo is a little family restaurant that needs support. It is an unexpected surprise with a festive, warm, and well cared for atmosphere. The ambiance is creative and charming. The food is fresh, delicious, and authentic with generous portions. The flavors are homey and built up flavors rather than just cayane. Everything is excellent every time. The menu has all the favorites and always something new to try. Specific meals mentioned include menudo, pozole, ceviche, chicken fajitas, and enchiladas with rice and beans. The warm chips, salsa, and queso are perfect. The drinks are amazing, including a Michelada, a margarita with an upside down Corona, and a mango margarita. The staff is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and goes above and beyond with service. The waiter Roberto provided excellent customer service. This is a favorite spot off 285. The restaurant truly hits the spot and even exceeds some favorite Tex-Mex. Highly recommend Mexico Lindo to support a wonderful, family-owned business.
